What a surprise! The reviews weren’t the best so expectations weren’t high. It was fairly busy but the crew seemed to have a handle on the chaos! I placed my order with Brytnee and it was ready almost immediately! I’m really impressed with the speed of delivery. I ordered the Chalupa combo and a side of the apple pie poppers! My chalupas were great and so were the poppers. It took a little bit longer to get because they had to be placed in the fryer. The location is perfect and across the Hampton Inn- Solon and near other hotels and restaurants.
I forgot to mention that this location was a co-branded outlet with KFC, so you get the best of both worlds!
I hope your dining experience here is as good as mine was! The dining area was bussed regularly also by Brytnee and pretty clean compared to other restaurants! In the very short interaction with Brytnee, I learned that she has only been working here for 3 weeks! She will certainly prove to be a great asset to this franchise.

Got the tacobell part here. Should not of even stopped here. There was literally a hole in our bag from whatever they spilled in there. they just hid with a plastic bag. All the food was completely soaked and just disgusting a complete waste of money. And my cheese cup for my number 11 wasn’t even a quarter way full.

I mean, its KFC. Either you like them or you don’t. The food was fine. The portions of the sides has certainly shrunk since the last time I was there. The place was clean and the staff are very nice. The cashier even complimented my shirt. My only issue is when I got home I noticed they forgot the mashed potatoes and gravy. It happens. I’m more upset over the shrinking side dishes then them forgetting my mashed potatoes.

Truly one of the worst taco bells I have been too. Extremely long wait times inside, they won’t do carbonated drinks through the drive thru. No signs posted that the inside is closed today, just locked doors. Its a coin flip on if you will get the order right.

Terrible customer service. I went to this KFC today around 7:45 PM to order a 2-piece chicken meal. When I asked politely not to get a drumstick, the employee named Teresa started yelling at me in front of everyone. She was very rude and unprofessional, and it was really embarrassing. No customer should be treated like that.

I’ve been to this location a number of times. Every time is nothing short of a horrible. You could go to a sit down restaurant and have a better chance getting your food quicker. Also, there’s a very high chance they will decide to change your order to easier items for them to make. Poor ownership, lazy management, and even lazier employees. One employee came out of the back of the restaurant taking out trash with his work clothes looking like they were on his 193rd shift without washing. Just not quite sure how the health department passes inspections for this location and how they let almost every issue you could have in a fast food restaurant, just slide on by.

Ge really KFC’s chicken sandwich is really good. Juicy and crispy. But yesterday’s chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. Very disappointed. And the lady at the drive-thru was just going thru the motions … no personality.
