We were looking forward to our Waffle House dinner experience. The food was not as hot as we have experienced at other WH restaurants. I like the toast, but this time it was cold. The waffles were ok, but not giving us the “we love WH waffles” feeling. Friendly staff, a bit more attentive would be awesome. Very clean location. Room for improvement is always good. Overall 3.8 score.

Normally when you walk in you get greeted but when me and my family Walked in no one even gave us any mind. Sat down with my family and no one came up to the table for almost 8 minutes. And it is not like they were super busy and they definitely weren’t packed. A woman came in not long after us and got waited on almost as soon as she sat down. This is the 3rd time at this location that this has happened. And the atmosphere wasn’t that bad but it was super cold in there.

Food didn’t have enough struggle in it. Cook needs like a child support case or something it wasn’t peak Waffle House. The waitresses were nice but everybody was stressed or tired or unmotivated

My hash browns came to me without any toppings that I asked for, when I tried to correct it, our waitress Pam got an attitude. All refills had to be requested, as she did not check on our table other than to bring our food, and our check. She even knocked my daughter’s empty orange juice bottle off the table, and still walked away without asking.
I usually love the atmosphere here, but they’ve obviously lowered to bar when it comes to the wait-staff.

Service was okay, would have been better if the cook, Ren I believe , wouldn’t have spent the whole time talking to other employees about how she got beat up the other day. Definitely a distraction to the servers. Not something we want to hear about while trying to enjoy our meal. Not that we would have anyway because most of it was burnt due to her turned away from the grill, gossiping. Not the place nor time girl. Do your job.
