The gentlemen working here have absolutely the most top tier customer service I HAVE EVER SEEN! After a long day and dealing with an Uber issue, they had us leaving their store happier than ever and willing to make this a must go to spot every time we visit Galveston. Seriously, the food is scrumptious and the employees are amazing.

I ordered through their app and this must be some kind of joke or some worker was having a really bad day, but I asked for extra cheese on both pizzas and cheesy bread and they seem to have put HALF the normal amount, not more. Just look at the pictures. Wont order here again.

I am very excited about pizza from Mod. They offer a cauliflower crust option. I have a certain dietary issue and Mod has been my game changer. Now I am able to eat pizza again and loving it. The staff is super friendly and will even give you extra cheese if you ask. Lol I love the build your own since when we eat pizza everyone likes some thing different. Great all the way around.

This is my new favorite way to eat pizza. I can’t believe how cool this place is just like the salad bar, you make your own pizza. Normally I’m not a big fan of a flat crust. But this crust was divine delicious amazing. Everyone was so friendly and nice it was such a positive atmosphere I really enjoyed this experience and my pizza was delicious. How could it not be I made it myself!!

We went to MOD on Fairmount Pkwy in Pasadena on yesterday, it was so good! We went to this one as well, and had a great experience with the staff . The food was good along with the ambiance. We be back when we visit Urban Air.

My daughter and I LOVE MOD pizza. It’s our bonding place. We always feel like we’re cheating when we aren’t at our usual Baytown location, BUT we really enjoy the Bay Area location. We really like the round booths and the setup. And when we do visit this location, we get nothing but what is expected, super cool and kind service! P.S. I was excited that they had White Claws here.

They cooked my pizza with the paper. I came in today around 2pm for lunch off of the Bay Area Blvd location. I saw the dude tuck the paper under the pizza when he was making it. I figured the when he passed it off to the girl that she would notice but no. No one noticed and I got paper cooked into my pizza.
