I have super mixed feelings about this Burger King. When they get it right the food is really good. They are actually pretty darn nice in there too for as busy as it gets. They sure can mess up some order sometimes though. I’m not sure what happens? This is as honest as I can get about this Burger King. I’ve not checked my food before leaving because I almost always go through the drive-thru. I also have the app on my phone and have ordered that way to pick it up, seems like it would be even harder to mess that up. You literally make all your choices and they have to be able to read it easier but maybe I’m wrong?

My thought is – always check always check your bag of food before leaving the premises. Make sure your order is correct. That way you can get the right stuff, right then and there because they will fix it. You’ll be hating that if you’ve driven 30 minutes home to find out your Burgers are all wrong though.

Ordered through door dash, and the manager was rude to my dasher, got my food and the nuggets and fries where turned upside down on purpose. Smh if you don’t want to do your job then quit.

I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a small hash brown. When I got them they were recooked to get them hot ! They were greasy and hard to chew! I could literally taste the grease! This is the 3rd time this has happened! Had I not been on my way to work I would have took them back instead I threw them away !

Ordered online for my wife to have lunch, and they let somebody just walk off with her lunch. They told us we would have to pay again for food we alert ordered. Burger King has got a lawsuit coming their way for this, but in the meantime before their doors are shut for good, don’t order for a place that allows thieves to steal and for hard working honest paying customers to have to pay twice for one simple meal.

Went through the drive through on Friday afternoon to get food for my granddaughter. Window opened to get my card. Cashier didn’t say a word. Handed out my food ‘here ya go’. Slammed window shut in my face while I was clearly trying to ask a question. A manager, (Cathy I think) was standing right beside this girl the entire time. She never said 1 word.No hello, go to hell or anything. Got down the road and realized it wasn’t even my order. Customer service has went to hell in a handbasket. I will never spend my money there again.
