Walked right in on a Saturday afternoon and ordered at the cash register. The lady was very kind. I ordered the medium sandwich or the 8 inch and it was very good. You get a great proportion of meat to bread ratio compared to other sandwich restaurants. You can get white or wheat and I choose wheat bread and if you ask for a pickle, they will give you one for free on the side.

Such a horrible place, I ordered a salad with JUST tomato’s on it, and they give me a salad with a literal mountain of meat, cheese peppers, pretty much EVERYTHING I said not to put on there. It’s crazy how badly they messed up my order. Whoever was making the salads January 13th 2026 around 8pm has to be the slowest individual on this planet and we will forever have a personal issue.

I have been to this location a few times and have had a couple awful experiences. I will not be back to this location ever. The service is ridiculously slow for a sandwich establishment. I have been there at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night, the dinner rush was done, and had to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich. Today, I waited 10 minutes and realized that two-thirds of the restaurant was still waiting on their sandwich. I probably would have waited another 20 minutes for my sandwich if I hadn’t asked for a refund. It seems like they prioritize their Door Dash orders and it causes them to be behind. They need more help and need to reevaluate their processes in order to be more efficient with their time. This is a pattern and not just a bad day. This is the slowest sandwich shop I have ever been to.

Cashier was very rude and confused. Cut me off with a big attitude while I was trying to order a build your own sub then he got my order wrong because he was too busy being impatient to actually use his ears and listen. I saw on the receipt that he put white bread instead of wheat so I went back up to the counter and told them to make sure it was on wheat. Then they STILL made it on white bread. Horrible service. It was incredibly Smokey in there. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Avoid this location.

We ordered online and when we got there to pick up, the establishment was completely closed.
Took our money, didn’t have a way to refund until the next day. And we had to call them in order to get our money back.
If you are closed, you should make it closed to online orders as well.

This also happened to us at the Ward parkway location, too.

This should be easily avoidable, and is absolutely ridiculous.

Very nice experience for my first time here. The menu seemed so vast that i simply went for a custom sandwich. Though my order was made incorrectly the staff took their time to fix it. They even took the time to retake my order to ensure it was right.

Good food when you finally get it but man are they slow over 30min to get 2 sandwiches and barley any meat on my steak and cheese no reason for that long of a wait and too expensive for little meat but guess they try to make up for it with more onions and peppers
