I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.
Juan Pollo offers not just great food, but also a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food and exceptional service!

I ordered a party pak for 30 people. I wasn’t sure about ordering here but I have heard good things. Since I called 2 hrs before the event the lady who answered was super nice. When we picked up the food they gave you everything!! We literally did not need to purchase anything extra! Utensils, sporks, serving utensils (tongs and large spoons), etc. And everything was i dividually wrapped so you felt and knew it was clean.
The food was AMAZING!!! The chicken so juicy and flavorful, the potato salad delicious! The rice and beans and even the green salad!
I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

The food was good. However I ordered the jumbo family meal and they gave me 3 small chiles I said where is the chile they said you get one small container per chicken. Are you really serious I spent 77 dollars and not enough chile offered.

The food here is tasty! I asked the service counter lady about the new Chicken Tortilla soup and since I was ordering for my work department I declined to add it to the order and she added a sample in with my order. It was ok soup. Very friendly staff and our order was ready quickly. Now the rush came behind me so I don’t know how fast they can keep it up but they usually do a good job. You can dine in here but it is small and basic. They have a good variety of sizes of meals for individual meals or family style when I order for my family.
