Love their food and service but don’t get a curbside order. It takes an extremely long time to get your meal, even if you preorder. Just place your order on the app and go through the line. There were about 20 cars that went through the line while I was waiting for my order that I placed.

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A food I’ve ever had. We arrived home in minutes to find cold food and hard fries. We live very close. The chicken I received looked to be the size you serve a toddler. I should’ve known better because my neighbors won’t dare return to this location, as they have mentioned to me several times. Our child’s play group always complains about the greasy floors in the dinning area and dirty bathrooms. Please don’t waste your money, the food was bland at best with old lettuce and my bun was already crushed on one side. I never complain or post reviews, but this had to be said. You make $200,000 net a year for your partnership location, the least you could do is serve hot food.

My wife and I got an order at this location, at around 430. Went through the drive through. They forgot something from the order. No big deal. She goes inside to get the order fixed, and was blatantly ignored. For 5 minutes the 2, yes 2 people standing at the register ignored her. Even going as far as going to talk to someone who was clearly on break before finally seeing what my wife needed, AND helped 2 other people who came in after she did BEFORE they helped her. The people in the drive thru were helpful, though. Inside, completely different story. Do better.

Tried the new waffle chicken breakfast sandwich. This sandwich needs to be an all day permanent thing! Chick-fil-A is the standard in fast food! The staff is always welcoming and pleasant. The food is always hot and fresh. I will keep eating here as long as I can.

This is one of the chic fil A’s that does “table side service” where they come to take your order. I don’t know why they are trying this, it’s a fast food chain not a restaurant. The two times I’ve come in to eat here I had to go up and tell a manager that I’ve been sitting for awhile and no one has even looked our way. Unfortunately, this is the closest one we have to Boerne so if I want to eat here this is the only choice. On top of that our waitress, or whatever you want to call them, kept going to sit at her friends table and eating their food. That’s poor service. This concept isn’t working, get rid of it.

First time I was asked as I entered, will you be dining in? Yes. They said have a seat we’ll take your order and bring it to you. They did and came back several times to see if we needed anything.

Great place, except issue with seating. And one of the restaurants has some one come around and take your order. Didn’t like that, no one ever made it to our table to get our order. So we left. Went up the road to other Chik-fil-A. Better, except seating is limited.

Not the best Chick-Fil-A location I’ve been to, it lacked a bit in the cleanliness department. However, employees were busy walking here and there, taking care of trash and messes. Clerk at the counter was characteristically well-mannered and took our order accurately. Was not aware of the feature where employees walk through the seating area to take orders, this is pretty neat. We were approached after ordering at the counter and asked if we needed help ordering. The food arrived to the table quickly and our order was accurate. The Cobb salad with Avocado Lime dressing was delicious. Kid’s play area available and popular at this location as well.

Curb side is horrible! I thought it would be quicker than drive thru, but currently on 12 minutes waiting. Ended up taking 18 minutes and brought my drinks out in a carrier soaking wet on the bottom of it.
