I ordered a 6inch as a salad which is my most common order and got this. For 10 dollars v/s my husbands order of meat from Walmart deli for 4 bucks. This is the first subway I have experienced this at . Very disappointed.

I had really good experience earlier but today I walked in an Indian guy with a beard was picking his nose without washing hands he started making my sandwaich and I had to stop him. Additionally, I had to really tell them to put extras as the first time the put stale

I ordered a meal. The sign clearly said it would include chips Or cookies + a small drink. When it came time to ring up, I realized that they did not consider chips or cookies to be part of the meal, but considered the three items, chips, cookies and drink to be the ONE extra item that came with the meal. If you consider the individual prices of those three, the “meal” is more expensive. So basically, I received two items as part of a “meal” option at a price higher than I would have reviewed independently. Btw, I wasn’t the actual paying customer…i was taking care of an individual with disabilities who verbally order the meal. I explained to him what the order entailed (based on the posted menu). So it is him who was robbed. Shame on this place. I fully explained in a calm manner about the discrepancy and they completely disregarded the actual menu.

very poor customer service, asked the employee to change the gloves and the paper as bacon was handled just before my order. She was extremely arrogant and complete the request very reluctantly. Ordered Tuna sandwich and tuna scoop was literally half to 3/4, vegetables were ‘sprinkled’. This store is stealing people’s money by reducing the amount of stuffing that they paid for. I had a similar experience before in the same store but ignored it and thought it an isolated incident. But it seems like the store’s policy.

This place is awesome. The food is great quality and customer services is excellent. The workers there are polite and nice to accommodate you in any way you need. If you are vegetarian they will fill up your sandwich with more then usually they do for meat lovers, to make you fill the empty stomach.

This subway in particular is the best they make one of the best sandwiches ever. There chicken teriyaki is there best one sandwiches. My mom loves there BMT when good amount of meat and veggies. I would come here again and really recommend. They best customer service and good food.

I am Vegetarian, they make very good veggie patty sandwich the worker was so nice, they were very busy and the worker changed his gloves for my veggie sandwich. Thats what I really like, most restaurant don’t change their gloves.

I went to the subway in the Walmart in Freehold. There was an older Indian woman telling me that she couldn’t give me a sub because she was too busy making pretzels, and to wait for the girls. Ime out of the bathroom, and when the young Indian girl did , she at first took my order then walked away to do something else. I have very rude and unprofessional services in this place, customer are suppose to be your number one priority, this happened at around 12:15 pm today (November 12) please fire both of them immediately. If owner sees this , I won’t come back anymore until they are FIRED!!!

The floor was littered with stale food, attracting insects and flies. There were several tables but not a single one where u can eat your meal peacefully. I lost half of my sandwich trying to drive the flies away. They seriously need to work on senitation; would not recommend to anybody.
