If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EXPERIENCED. Get to the cashier for him to ask if I want to round up without even giving me a total or explaining what the round up was for. Waited more than 30mins in the drive thru for my chicken and then gave the car after me their order after said 30mins. Had to come inside just to get my food and the manager is walking back and forth clearly just checking stuff off not even concerned with the fact we’ve come inside TWICE ALREADY TO GET OUR ORDER. And she didnt even say a damn word not a sorry for the wait just looks at me let’s her cook answer that my chicken thats been cooking is finally done like after 30mins id hope so!!! I worked at a KFC taco bell before and wouldnt have ignored my customers like that!! Ridiculous

I live near here so I’ve had it many times. The wait time is ridiculous and the order is usually messed up or just not fresh at all. My neighbor found cockroaches in her famous bowl. Never again

we just want something quick for dinner so we decided to stop at north KFC the people there were nice I guess but we got our feed heading home we weren’t even a block away and they didn’t give us all our food my mac n cheese wrap had little to no mac n cheese the spicy slaw wrap was a little bit of slaw and drenched in the spicy sauce I usually don’t make bad reviews or really any but this made me so mad because i tried to call 4 times and no one answered and i went in and stood in the lobby 15 minutes i decided it wasn’t even worth it and went home but don’t go to north

Nothing special. I ordered two a la carte chicken tenders. I received three tiny pieces of chicken. The three pieces would be the size of one tenders at most other places selling chicken tenders.

I used to like to eat there but, they cheapened up on the ingredients the food does not taste the same. The extra crispy chicken barely have crispies on it. I have stomach issue after I eat. We have decided not to eat there anymore.
