Ordered, picked up & devoured!! So dddddelicious! We must emphasize that the Summer Berry salad is consistently well prepared! However, our recent order(s) of Pizza on Friday & yesterday was less than positive. So, we’ve had to modify the feedback from a 5 to a 3 because our pizza order had an essential ingredient left off; the manager was extremely kind & considerate and offered me the oppty for a redo. Hoooowevvverr, the Redo was worse than the one with the ingredient forgotten…it was visibly burnt & and consequently, it negatively affected what could have been a great tasting pizza.

Excellent pizza. Hopefully you won’t get the waitress we had. I’ve never seen her b4 but she wasn’t good at all. Never smiled Never came back to see how our food was and all she did was take our order. I could see if they were busy but they weren’t. Only one other table came after we were half way through. She could’ve at least chkd back with us. Needless to say she blew her tip.

Just moved here a little less than 2 years ago. Someone took us to the Pie Factory….and I loved it. This is now where WE take anyone who visits with us. The “Muscle Shoals Sound” pizza is the BEST!!! For those pepperoni lovers…the sauce has a kick to it and I can never eat a “regular” pepperoni pizza again. Our new puppy also had some Pie Factory boxes make it into his photo shoot!!! Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!!

This was our first visit to this Pie Factory and it was really good. I really like their tomato basil and onion dip which is really their onion and tomato basil dip since the dip is primarily onions and I don’t like onions usually but the way this is prepared is really good. We love the Classico Pepperoni pizza as well.

I ordered a total of three drinks and one pizza I ordered immediately upon being seated after standing for approximately 10 minutes at the front door waiting to be seated. After my order was placed I waited almost 10 minutes for my first drink. I then waited an additional 43 minutes to receive my pizza upon receiving said Pizza it was incorrect it was not what I ordered. I asked them to remake it the way I ordered it and I was told it would take 7 minutes 28 minutes later I finally got my pizza I had to take the order to go but not after the waiter asked me repeatedly why I couldn’t eat the pizza that was not what I ordered. I do believe that with more appropriate training for the wait staff this is an amazing place I’ve been here before and had great experiences the prices are a little outlandish but it is what it is

Went at noon for lunch, My first time at a Pie Factory. Food was hot a delicious! We got the James Brown Wings, they are grill with Buffalo sauce. They sauce has a kick but not to bad. I also got the Maui Wowie calzone, it was really good. It has pepperoni. Jalapeños and grilled pineapples, would recommend if you like pineapples on pizza!

Atmosphere was plain, but decent. Service was great. Music was awful. (Country music played a bit too loud for my taste..) But the pizza was phenomenal.
We ordered the Kitchen Sink, and it was everything it promised to be.
Overall, I absolutely recommend this place to travelers through Muscle Shoals.
