A friend of mine from Kansas insisted to go to Outback Steakhouse Louisville CO because it is located next to I36 and he needed to get back on the road. It is not my kind of establishment, we have in this area so much better options. The food did not impressed. My steak had a refrigerator aftertaste but it was cooked correctly.

The server was very nice. I ordered lobster tails. They were just little thicker than my finger… $28.99 for this wasn’t really worth it. The wedge salad was good, but you can’t really mess that up. 🙂

Absolutely loved the food! They are located right next to the Marriott courtyard in loisville which was convient for me, because I was staying there. Also the custumer service was top notch they greeted us and the served our drinks very quickly. I ordered the pork porter house with a side of homade mashed potatoes and a signature salad, no complaints my meat was made to perfection, as well as my long Island ice tea! Will definitely be going again!

It was busy, I got my silverware well after I got my side salad and bread took another 5 minutes. The call button came in handy quite a few times but staff was very polite. I ordered a burger for the first time after being here many times. It was really good and cooked a perfect medium rare with pink in the middle. I was also impressed to see that the burger was built correctly with the lettuce on the bottom to protect the bun from getting soggy. It never got soggy and small details like this make a big difference.
