I have refrained from leaving a review for this place and I dont know why. Many times when they were supposed to be open 24 hours. They wouldn’t be. They’d just close. If they were open you were going to wait quite some time.
This time in particular I received a doordash order. Drove the 12 minutes to get here, waited for 10 minutes and was asked to pull up and they’d give me the food out the other windows. That was 15 minutes ago. I have seen half a dozen people come thru the drive thru and get their food. Which is actually quite fast for them but I am still sitting here. Wrote this whole review after getting irritated. This chrap costs me money. Having to spend 45 minutes on one order is ridiculous.

Husband gets home to surprise me with breakfast, and SURPRISE!! There’s NO egg on my sausage EGG and cheese mcgriddle! ☺️ They ALWAYS mess something up every single time I come here, I wish you guys weren’t the closest one. Staff has gotten a little nicer tho at least. Maybe I’ll drive to Channahon from now on.

Burnt bagels, missing food, rude staff and you can’t even call to try and get it fixed because their phone is out of order. Or they leave it off the hook on purpose.

Was disappointed this time.We called ahead to see if their diningroom was open where we could eat in.We were told that yes the diningroom was open.We went inside & all of the tables were blocked off.We called ahead to avoid this problem. Other local restaurants are open.Then we go to order and there are flies at the front counter. Normally this restaurant’s food has been good,but Unfortunately not this time.Fries were cold, sandwiches were very dry.I had the $3 mcdouble & my husband had the big mac.Not impressed.Only 1 pickle on my sanwich,tiny bit of ketchup/ mustard.could barely see the onions.However the shakes were awesome. And of course everyone has a bad day sometimes.I will give them 1 more shot. ♀️

Very great establishment. The attendance was a lovely lady and was so nice to me and my friend. My order was made within about 3 minutes, keep in mind I ordered a root beer, ice water, and a donut. Within past experiences with this branch they would sometimes mess up an order. Overall great time would come again.

It sounds silly but this is one of the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean &the food was honestly cooked perfectly. Every time my husband and I visit my parents, he gets McDoubles from the drive thru because he swears they are the best! He’s right! 🙂

Me and my family enjoy McDonald’s here in Wilmington. The wait time is usually not long at all. One of the managers there, Octavia, is beyond kind and has excellent customer service skills. I know when she is there nothing will be missing and the service is going to be great!
