It felt natural and authentic, not scripted. His suggestions were spot-on and showed he truly cared about making sure I enjoyed my meal.
Great service can turn a simple dinner into a great experience, and that’s exactly what happened here. Between the warm hospitality and engaging conversation, I left feeling valued as a guest — not just another customer. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My friend has been to the other Ojos Locos in the metroplex so we decide to catch up at this one since it is closer to me. The servers are really nice and the atmosphere is good, but the food was underwhelming. I got a spicy strawberry margarita, it was pretty good. We ordered chips and queso. It wasn’t bad but it was very plain. I got the street tacos. I tried the carnitas and barbacoa… again, they were nothing to be impressed about. I will try this place one more time since the service was good to see if the wings are better and maybe a different appetizer. . I think it’s cool for like a drink and watching the game, but I don’t know about the food.

I’ve been to a few locations and I gotta say this was the best. What really made this Mesquite location was Sarahi. She’s gorgeous, friendly, and super attentive. I have 10 years in customer service and would hire her on my team in an instant by how great she was. The burger and drinks were great. I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and I like everything! I can’t recommend the pineapple habenero wings enough for a spicy flavor! Prices are fair and the staff are very welcoming. Lastly, I must give a special shoutout to managers Marcus, Adam, Juan, and my server Tania for the great conversations as well as service!!!
