Gave me the wrong drink and they say no refills when going back to the counter. Bad customer service. I had to explain 4 times for them to understand they gave me the wrong soda choice. I asked for no ice and they still gave me ice. Sigh I missed the self service when I can do it myself and get it right. Mc Donald’s going down the drain. No wonder why Chick Fil A has lines that makes McDonalds cry!

Will not be returning! I waited for my order in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I realized the order was missing items, returned ti the counter. They did correct the mistakes. Upon eating the meal it was discovered the French fries were heavily salted . I specifically requested for no salt. So those heavily salted fries went into the garbage. It’s a waste of money.

Very long wait even though we ordered way ahead of time on the app. The “pick up” spots were full, which seems to indicate this happens on a regular basis. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering on the app!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The bread I got for the double cheeseburgers was all stale and had to wait like 10 minutes for them to finally bring it out. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location
