It’s late on a Saturday, if you want pizza, this might be the only option. 1) the pizza we ordered tasted fine, can definitely tell it’s handmade. 2) we ordered to our hotel. The delivery driver arrives at our door – our total was $18.60 – I had a $20 bill and a $10 bill. I wanted to tip him more than just the $1.40 from the $20. He didn’t have change for any bill due to it being in his car. He ran back and came up with five $1 bills, assuming I was going to give him a $5 tip from the $10 bill. That’s a poor assumption and quite rude. Customer service needs improved. Pizza is an average 3/5

We ordered from here and it took over an hour and a half to get here , we ordered pepperoni balls and there was NO pepperoni in them. The delivery man was rude, loud, and just walked into my house and he had the nerve to ask for a tip , plus our food came in a plastic Wal-Mart bag. The lasagna we ordered was not flavored and probably was frozen, it was horrendous!

I like their pizza when ordered crispy although it is very greasy. It is a bit over priced, but I really can’t believe the workers. I ordered a pizza for delivery this past winter, when I opened the door the delivery guy walked into my house (I did not invite him in) he tracks snow into my living room, left front door wide open ( winter mind you), he sets the pizza on my recliner!!! Pretty sure he was high, gross looking, he continues to talk to me while he removes the pizza from the bag. He would not leave! He just kept talking and talking I legit had to like close the door on him. I will never ever order for delivery if I’m home alone! Their service is horrible! No manners and their rude!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Lucchetti’s pizza is so unprofessional, disgusting, and foul. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The food had to have been a day old and the whole building smells like a run down sewer plant. The owner clearly does not know how to run a business properly and is unwilling to help customers out. Get a grip on your life and your business before it goes under.

The pizza balls were really good but the thin crust pepperoni pizza was burnt and hard to chew. Less time on cooking. It would be a better pizza if the crust was a more of soft then a hard crust. That was too expensive for a medium pizza. I paid $42.00 for these two item’s

My husband and I ordered two steak sub’s and mozz sticks and two drinks. Spent 30$, the food was horrible and the service was worse. The mozz sticks tasted and looked old. Just the worse expierence. Would not recommend. When the guy came to deliver. He was rude and it was just unnecessary.

I usually like luchettis pizza. The other day i ordered a pizza and made the mistake of asking for extra cheese. It was totally uneatable. The amount of cheese was RIDICULOUS. I mean i love cheese and all but come on. So i had the delivered but called to see if there was anyway to remake it. The cook answered the phone and all i got from him was a mouth full of grief saying he would have to pay for it and nothing along the lines of “great customer service”. I have worked in restaurants and pizza places and we never made guilt tripped the customer and did what it took to make them happy. I will not order again.

Monday March 13th 2017 i called around 11:30 and asked about any specials on pizza. So I ordered two then before I could finish he cut me off and answers another phone and takes their full order. Then when he returns to me just assumes I was done and when I asked about wings and the price he started laughing. So rude. Bunch of f**k wagons operating that place.

I had absolute horrible service. Ive never had food that tastes this old and i ordered cheese sticks and the cheese was hardly melted. And my onion rings were so old tasting it was horrible. It costed me 19 dollars for just those 2 items? I couldve ordered from somewhere else and got a medium pizza and 12 wings for that price. Outrageous. I dont reccomend luchettis at all!!!

This is my favorite pizza place in Erie! We love the little grease cups (pepperoni) and unique thin crust! However, the people who work there tend to be rather rude and a bit overpriced.
