If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a few weeks ago. We both ordered the 20 piece spicy dippers with 2 side. They were HARD AS A ROCK. THE BISUITS AS WELL. THEY HAD SAT UNDER THE HEAT FOR QUITE A WHILE. THE TWO LADIES WOULDNT GIVE THEIR NAMES. WE HAVE THE RECIEPT AND THE VIDLES OF HOW HARD THE FOOD IS. WHEN I GOT HOME WE RECORDED A VIDEO AND CALLED LEES. THEY ANSWERED. I TOLD THEM THE SITUATION. SHE SAID WELL THISE WERE COOKED FRESH SO THATS NOT POSSIBLE. THERES ABSOLUTELY NO WAY IN HECK THEY WERE FRESH. THE CHICKEN WAS FRY AND HARD ON THE INSIDE. THE MEAT HAD BEEN UNDER THE HEAT LAMP SO LONG IT DRIED THE CHICKEN OUT FULLY. ANYWAYS THY TOLD ME A FAKE SIGHT TO MAKE A CONPLAINT ON AMD THAT I WOULD BE EMAILED. I HAVENT BEEN EMAILED AND NOW FOGURE OUT ITS A FAN PAGE. SMH. WELL GET OUR 45$ WORTH OF FOOD OR YOULL PAY OUR MONEY BACK PERIOD.

We showed up made our order and realized I left my wallet at home on the table! We live in the next city so to go home come back would be a good 35 minutes. Pages and brilynn both raced to just go ahead and pay for our meal! Not just mine but my whole families meal! This has to be the most generous thing anyone has done for me in a very long time! Let alone the workers that’s just unbelievable! Lees has some very very outstanding employees I hope they realize that! I will for sure be back not only to eat but to make this up to them 2 young ladies! Thanks for being great and having great employees!!

Was a great experience. Very friendly people. Delicious chicken that wasn’t too greasy like KFC. Just the right amount of flavor. The green beans tasted great. We have biscuits to bring home and extras to make another meal out of all are in carry out containers. Zero hassle.

I don’t ever go inside, always drive thru. They regularly get something wrong- today I ordered pepsi zero and root beer, got zero and Dr pepper. But not bad enough to stop me from going, just they need a little better attention to the details. Either that or the AI ordering system needs a reboot.

Love to stop here every so often when I get off work and never have any problems with their food so it just caught me off guard when I got unbreaded chicken strips this time, I tried to eat them but they didn’t mix well with the sauces and were very dry plain. everything else was good. Not too upset over the mess up but I really hope it doesn’t happen again, mistakes happen so I will still keep coming here every now and then.
