Chipotle here is a complete hit or miss dependent on who’s behind the counter.
Today, both of our chicken bowls somehow came with beef in them. That’s not a small mistake.
A few days ago, our online pickup bowl didn’t even have brown rice, the main carb that makes a bowl… a bowl. When I brought it up today, they acknowledged the issue but insisted the only compensation they could offer was a cup of brown rice. Days later. That’s it. Seriously?
Portion sizes are another gamble. Some employees are painfully stingy with chicken, a few are reasonable.
Between wrong meat, missing basics, and penny-pinching portions, this location feels more like a lottery than a restaurant.

Many times our family be here to got food we always had good experience, whatever we requested we got it from workers, and they were always friendly. Unfortunately today I was so disappointed for the service from here. One white young girl serviced for me, she was not friendly and stingy with my request, looks like I will get food from her pockets without pay. If I said she was racism for gender and race that’s correct described because her behavior. I can’t remember her name but i know what time I was ordering my food. That’s around 16:38, 7th of July. I got this really poor service and bad service from you guys. Whatever I want those food she didn’t give to me and complained about it said I cannot to asking 2 servings of meat in one box. Today my feeling was not good because I just finished my pet treatment with 5 hours waiting in the pet hospital. I was so tired and hungry, I just wanted to got some food and soon back home, but I never expected to get such treatment from a restaurant we frequented. Super disappointed with it!!!

This place was disgusting. The “middle eastern” girl working there. Can only describe her because I did not get anyone’s name. Touched everything including the cash register and never changed her gloves then proceeded to make people’s food with said gloves still on. I asked her if she could wipe the tables or give me something to wipe one with because EVERY table was covered in left over food and there was no place to sit that was clean. She told me I could wait but it will be a while or I can get napkins from the drink area and use those. The counters were disgusting, the floor was disgusting and in the end my food containers were also absolutely disgusting. This location is horrible! I added a picture of our food containers after they slid them down their line put them on and we took them to the table. Never again will I come here. On a brighter note.. the girl with the short hair and tattoos was super nice and friendly.. the only good thing about my visit to the San Ramon chipotle location.

Came off the freeway and grabbed a quick bite. I was hungry! 10 pm and the burger place had 30 cars in line. I turned around and saw Chipotle by accident. Carne Asada bowl with generous portion of guacamole was delicious. I wolf most of it down, and had to take the extra home.

I had veggie bowl at this place and it was not that good at this place. As
I’m a vegetarian, this is my usual choice. Brown rice served was not cooked well, had to discard as it can cause stomach pain. Also they did not have beans and sour cream at 8 pm, though the shop is open still 11 pm.

I’ve been going here for a while now. I get a chicken bowl with 6 crunchy tortillas on the side. Normally I get charged 1.50 for all of my extra shells. Food is great but there is inconsistency on the portion size. One day I’ll get a good scoop next just a small amount. I’ve also seen masks not being worn properly. I came around 7:30 on a Monday and there was no line. Outside area could be kept a little more tidy. They also no longer have hand sanitizer dispensers. Last but not least, Servers were very nice!

Went to this chipotle and ordered my usual bowl. Double white rice, double black beans, chicken Al pastor and pico. When I got my order, I looked at the receipt and saw they charged me for extra Al Pastor for $4.45. I only received a single portion and had not asked for extra Al pastor. (See photo attached)

I order 2 bowls of burrito but I was last customer and some of the options was finished, I think they should not take my order when they are out of some ingredients. Plenty of parking available, good location.

I ordered the 10-person catering package from Chipotle. The order was ready on time, and the staff made sure everything I needed was included, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the protein portions. The trays were only about half full and didn’t seem like enough to comfortably feed 10 people.

Here’s what a 15 dollar double meat burrito gets you. I had the unfortunate joy of opening up my pickup bag and finding this minuscule morsels for ants. To top it off they also forgot guacamole on my other equally small burrito.
