I ordered pickup since I was in a hurry, gave them ample time. Got out went in to quickly get my food and left. He saw it said here you go, it felt like what it should weigh but I was wrong.
Missing the Rice and Fried Yuca that were my sides. But had maduros, didn’t order them. The chichi morada confused me with the weight since I assumed it was all there.
I called but was basically blown off when I asked how can I get my money and that meal replaced.. Eduardo didn’t care to help much.

I ordered delivery and was honestly blown away by how good everything still was when it arrived. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the rice and beans were spectacular, and the salad was incredibly fresh—crisp greens with great onions and tomatoes.
I can’t recommend this place enough. After years of being disappointed by most moderately priced restaurants, this meal genuinely restored my faith in good food. Thank you! I’ll be visiting in person soon. Highly Recommended!!!!

The roasted chicken is great. Cooked just right tasty without being overly salty. The side salad is fresh. The steamed vegetables leave a lot to be desired . Bland and tasteless. Not a great option if you are avoiding carb rich sides. The music is loud techo broadcast mercilessly through Omni present speakers in the ceiling.
Again the food, save the veggies, is great. The ambiance needs work. Servers are very efficient.

The rotisserie chicken and fried rice here is excellent! And the service is always courteous. It is super clean and they place live trees and flowers throughout the dining room. It’s this attention to detail that assures me that the kitchen is also clean and hygienic.

I am a regular customer at this place. I eat here almost every day and usually order grilled chicken with potatoes and yucca via Uber Eats because I love it. Today, I decided to visit the place, and I ordered a steak with yucca and baked potatoes. When I finished paying, I asked how long it would take to be ready, and she said, “I don’t know, however long it takes to be ready”—first bad response. I sat down to wait, and the order for the table behind me was delivered wrong; they returned it, and the “manager” said that was what he ordered because she didn’t even have the decency to speak normally but shouted so loudly that I could hear from where I was sitting. Clearly, the customer behind me didn’t like the response and got upset. Then my order arrived completely wrong; they brought things I had ordered to go, served on the table, and gave me fries when I had corrected the mistake on the receipt beforehand, telling them I WANTED BAKED POTATOES. I explained my order politely, and they took it back. Then they brought the order, telling me they gave me fries because the yucca took too long, and the person who attended me at the counter, calling herself the manager, came to my table to tell me she couldn’t keep changing my sides because she gets scolded. As if that was my fault? This is a total lack of respect towards the customer. How can you mess up the order three times and blame me? I would love to contact a manager to talk about this! I am very disappointed. Besides, I ordered my steak WELL DONE, and it was served medium well with a lot of fat. The worst experience. I don’t think I will eat there again.

(2 legs & 2 thighs) comes with 2 sides. $9.99
Tender but not much flavor.
Saved by the sauces.
Garlic potatoes (chunks) OK.
Sweet Plantains. OK
Fountain soda $1.89
All food was not as hot as it should have been.
Would not order again.
My friends ordered bowl meals.
Rice & beans on bottom, then lettuce and topped
with pulled pork. Good.
I will go back to try that.

Food usually good but not today. Ordered a 1/4 chicken with cilantro rice and garlic potatoes. Chicken and garlic potatoes were cold to luke warm. Brought it back and told them. Gave me a tiny piece of chicken and even colder potatoes.
