Visited on a Saturday and had a very pleasant experience. The coffee shop was quiet, peaceful, and not crowded, which made it a great place to sit and enjoy a meal.
The café is conveniently located directly across the parking lot from Home2 Suites by Hilton in downtown Wichita.
I ordered the hot chocolate with almond milk and whipped cream (I don’t drink coffee), and it was very good — rich and smooth without being overly sweet.
Food items:
• Cranberry orange muffin top (warmed for me) — soft and delicious
• Avocado toast with tomatoes and an egg — one of the best avocado toasts I’ve had; well-seasoned and filling
Ordering was simple at the counter, and staff brought the food to my table once it was ready.
Total came to $21.63 with tax. Overall, a very nice, calm spot that I would visit again. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Really nice place! The cashier was very helpful, especially since it was my first time there. Had a croissant breakfast sandwich and a Flapjack latte. Really good!
Bonus: The manager today is also amazing to her staff. I overheard her complimenting the crew after a busy rush.

This is my 1st visit to Mokas. I had the Pesto Chicken Sandwich and an Iced Snowflake Latte. The Sandwich was pretty good, I feel like it lacked a little bit of flavor like red onion, which I think you can add to the sandwich. I’ll have to try it again at some point and customize the sandwich to my liking. The drink was really good and I’d definitely order it again.
I only went in to pick up my order on my lunch break, but the atmosphere seemed very calm and relaxing. The prices weren’t bad either. I will be back for another visit. Thanks!

Mokas was better than expected. The jalapeño breakfast sandwich was packed with flavor, and the Nutty Irishman coffee was exceptional. Great combo and worth the stop.
All in all the whole experience was better than expected.

First-time experience and it didn’t disappoint it was great! Chicken noodle soup was like homemade and my sandwich that I opted to have without bread was amazing turkey, cheese, tomato, and artichoke spinach spread. Had the caramel iced coffee to go.

I’ve been back here a few times and I’ve gotta say it’s worth the stop! Employees are very nice! Annalease has helped me out almost every time I went and her service is amazing. Very kind and helpful. I tried out a new seasonal beverage and didn’t like it but didn’t wanna say anything… she came by to check on me at my table a few times and noticed the drink was untouched and asked how I liked it so I was honest. She thanked me for trying it and giving her feedback on it, she asked what drink I preferred instead and remade me a different drink that I knew I liked on the house without me even having to ask as well as offered to take my dishes for me. Very sweet lady she definitely was the reason Mokas gained a new customer for life!!

Been wanting to try the sandwiches for awhile. Finally got the chance and I was very disappointed. The rubin sandwich was very very soggy. Bad enough I could barely hold it. Not much flavor to it. 30+$ for a sandwich and burrito which wasn’t good either. The drink my son got was very good though.

First time I went to Mokas today in downtown Wichita near the new library and I was very impressed with the food, service, and foyer/dining room. I ate chicken pesto sandwich and tomato bisc soup and it was delicious! The eat in lobby/dining area was very clean and attractive. The young lady taking my order was super nice. I will definitely go back again.

Mokas is a fantastic cafe and coffee spot at McLean and Sycamore, just South of 1st Street, directly across from the Wichita library. I appreciate the location for being so accessible and having excellent parking. The business has the absolute best management and has an excellent set of courteous servers. The inside is very new and attractive, with a nice variety of chill spots that are spread out well including a cool patio facing downtown. Food and drinks are stellar, with breakfast being at the top of what they do best. Burritos and sandwiches are tasty and affordable, and the biscuits and gravy never disappoint. There are menu options here for all ages and everyone is made to feel welcomed. I offer my highest recommendation to this 10 ⭐️ establishment.

Partner and I decided to stop in for a light snack and some coffee. I got the marshmallow fluff hot latte I believe and my partner got a Cold brew with sweet cream. We both enjoyed our coffees super good, and I got a ham cold cut and he got turkey club. We both loved it. We will be returning!
