I have not had Pizza Hut since probably the late 90s. They had a 1 day only special where pizzas were really cheap so I figured I’d give it a try again. Pretty bad, I’d rather have a frozen microwave pizza. Maybe I’ll try it again in another 20 years. Absolutely the worst of the cheap pizza chains

I went to order a meatlovers pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Before that I walked in was greeted the cashier was polite. My order was done at a reasonable time it looked fresh and tasted amazing. Me and the guys we’re watching football we all loved it. For us it’s tradition. We come here all the time and I noticed it’s under new management.

Ordered a pizza, it arrived not fully cooked… the dough was very raw, and the cheese was still in individual shreds, even on the top. Even the toppings were underdone in many places… disgusting

Update: After reaching out to Pizza Hut support, and even this comment attached to the review, there has been no follow up. Regressing service rating to 1-star. I encourage others to not support this business, as if this has happened to me, it has most likely happened to many others.

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER HERE. DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPECTATIONS BESIDES THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I’ve ordered here multiple times through online delivery and EVERY. TIME. they mess up. Wherever it’s forgetting items or just messing up what they delivered. I’ve gotten missing wings 2 times , the wrong flavor wings 2 times and missing bread sticks 5 times. This is my last time. I’ve given up. This time The pizza is wrong the amount of wings I ordered is wrong AND they forgot my breadsticks and dipping sauce for pizza. I don’t understand how the workers here aren’t fired or replaced, this is absolutely a bad look for Pizza Hut and every worker in there should be ashamed. 40$ FOR NOTHING TO BE RIGHT!!!!

Previously had a bad experience a at this location, but helped by a young man named Dante today who made sure my order was 100% correct.
The pizza came out hot and fresh exactly how I like it and has a great experience with all the staff I interacted with.

Ordered delivery. Got 1 of 2 pizzas wrong and forgot our drinks. I called and was told they would deliver the correct items. They then call back 20 minutes later and tell me they accidentally put the replacement in as pickup and asked me to come get it. When I said no they said they would not deliver the correct pizza and drinks. Unreal.

This pizza hit does business with door dash stay away. They brought my food cold and cardboard looking.I live off of Valmont and 29 and there is no reason for this pizza to take this long. I didn’t eat the food I offered to take it back the next day. The lady from Pizza Hut that I was talking to said she would not accept it.All they want to do is give me a credit, so they issued me a credit. Which I didn’t want. I wanted my money back so I can get food elsewhere. This is a stressful company to deal with when you have issues with them. Lesson learned and I will take this as a loss. IF YOU WANT A COLD PIZZA ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT ON ARAPAHOE. Call them they will with a pleasure take your money.

Larger blonde person who works there and is very blind apparently, Made me wait for five minutes after my order was ready while they prepared other orders and said they would be right with me.
In order to verify me, they tried to snatch my phone out of my hand. When I told them I was not going to let them have my phone, they said that they needed To see the order in order to verify me.
That is not how I like to be treated when I go to pick up my order after getting a notification that it is ready.
No wonder you guys have a 2.5 star rating at this point you do not treat your customer is very well at all cause it cost you nothing to be nice

Despite receiving a coupon in the mail with a July expiration that says call to redeem, I was told it was somehow both one day only and to come into the store if I wanted to use it, even though it’s not the carryout coupon. If I’m trying to place delivery, it’s for a reason. When I pushed this I was told the one day was advertised online and on TV? Not sure how that’s relevant to a coupon that says call to redeem. The original employee was very friendly but the manager, Aaron, I guess doesn’t understand that not all coupons are carryout.
