Our waiter Drew was hands down the best server I’ve had in a long time. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. And the robot assistant was such a fun touch — definitely a memorable visit thanks to both of them!

My daughter and I have come here about five times since grand opening. We used to enjoy inviting family members to come have a seafood boil with us. The customer service started to go downhill on the fourth visit. But I thought maybe it was just a one off, let me give them another chance and go back. The fifth visit it seems like we’re almost invisible. Nobody came to check up on us. My 16 year-old daughter decided yesterday to take her best friend out for a treat with her very first paycheck. They decided on this restaurant. What a terrible mistake. After my 16 year year-old child spent over $100 on a seafood boil that did not even taste good the waiter never came back to check on them at all. They try to get the waiters attention he ignored both of the girls and would not even refill their beverages. It was really sad to see my daughter, so excited to go and treat her friend with her very first earned paycheck to only be treated like crap by the people who work there. As soon as I pick the kids up from the restaurant, they started filling Ill in the car. Today, both kids are home sick using the toilet nonstop like if they were food poisoned. So I hope the waiter liked the tip that he got and had the day that he deserved.

I really appreciate the follow-up from management after a previous issue. The manager personally called to apologize and offered a solution that left me satisfied. I returned a week later, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Our server, Demetria, was amazing—friendly, prompt, and informative.
Even though we arrived a few minutes past happy hour, they still honored the drink specials, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious! As a spice lover, I was thrilled to find that “spicy” actually meant spicy. My husband, who is super picky about fried rice, actually loved theirs—which says a lot.
Overall, a great experience. The only thing I didn’t care for were the cage-like decorations, but that’s just personal taste. Looking forward to coming back!
Extremely disappointed with my first visit. My boss raved about this place, so I stopped by to grab food for both of us—but the experience was a mess. I ordered a rice dish with specific modifications for him, and it came with none of the requested changes. He didn’t touch it. I also ordered 1 lb of crab legs and 2 lbs of shrimp, but they didn’t include any of the shrimp. I called to see if I could pick up the missing shrimp, get a refund, or at least a credit. They said a manager would call me—still waiting. No follow-up, no accountability. My boss is disappointed, and I’m extremely dissatisfied. Check your bags before you pay. I won’t be coming back.

Really disappointed. Litteraly the worst gumbo I’ve ever had. Zero flavor and the flavor it did have was sort of like dish water. We ordered the $169 mix boil for a table of 4 and added 1lb of king crab. That 1lb was $100 extra and it was bouncy and the shell rubbery. The worst king crab I’ve had in my life. The manager tried to tell us that’s how king crab was supposed to be, which is just false. As a party of 4 we spent about $450 and left really disappointed. And hungry. Kinda felt like we got robbed. Absolutely not worth the price.

Help , I tried today this place as I was looking for a red crab options, the tables are fine with adequate decoration and atmosphere and the service was really fine although nos astounding, the part that lacks a bit is that the food came at a medium temperature and it lost it quickly, as well the Cajun flavored dressing is ok but not great. A good place but still need to get better momentum and spice for the food

Arrived at Rock’N Crab for a late lunch early dinner around 3pm. Place was very quiet as there were only a couple of tops being served. We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Shortly thereafter our server Karla took our drink order. She returned promptly with our drinks and told our appetizer order of a dozen raw oysters and some cheese sticks. Within 6 minutes Karla and Rocky (the robot tender) arrived with our appetizers. Rocky returned to serve other customers while Karla
Took our main course order. Steamed lobster, crabs, shrimp with corn and potatoes and we added sausage. The food arrived promptly and let me tell you, it was amazing. Steamed to perfection with a wonderful Cajun sauce that was spectacular.

My family is vacationing in the West Palm Beach area and looking for good seafood spot. We were contemplating on several but narrow it down to ambience. This place is by far one of the best. The restaurant is huge with outdoor seating and a full bar. Price is very reasonable. The only downfall is seasoning very salty otherwise it’s a 5 stars for food. I like that they add broccoli to the combo. I recommend adding the sausage to the meal. It adds the extra kick. We got the medium but go for the next level spice. My daughter was intrigued by the robot name Rocky bringing food to the table. Overall kids had a wonderful experience. Worth the money and family dining experience.

If you are looking for a really flavored seafood boil restaurant, than this is it! We started with the New clam chowder, which was just a basic chowder, nothing special at all. Followed by the conch fritters, which were smaller than normal fritters, but were hot, fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the insides

A pound each of shrimp, scallops and calamari (we would not get it again as it was a bit chewy which we did expect), it came with potatoes and corn, but we also added sausage. Not knowing which sauce to order, we asked our server, she recommended the rock blend, which was a mix of all the sauces, she said it was the popular sauce and we can see why. It was absolutely full of flavor and complimented the seafood perfectly. We need do a medium spicy, so it also and a small kick. The actually restaurant was spacious, clean, and our server was ontop of everything. We will be back.
