Received an incorrect pizza, my husband drove back out to get it corrected after being assured on the phone that they’d fix it and we could keep the other pizza for our trouble (this has happened in the past and they’ve had us keep the item with no issue since they can’t use it anyway and it was their mistake). Upon arrival, the manager told her employee that we could not keep the item as previously stated, they PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF and then sent him home with a fresh but still wrong item. I hope for everyone else’s sake that they didn’t try to give it to anyone else. I called the store and the manager put me on hold after blaming my husband for accepting the pizza – which appears the same at a glance because the difference was the sauce, not topping. The previous team was fantastic, but it’s gone way downhill lately. Time for us to find a new, customer oriented pizza place!

This location hasn’t gotten an order right the past 3 times I’ve come. New York Style should not have crust and be as thick as the pan pizza. I ordered extra sauce and got no sauce. I only ordered from this location because it was closer to where I was heading. The young lady who was on the register answered when I called. She was polite and apologized.

This is strictly for the person who deliver my food. I didn’t see any decency I didn’t see no kindness thoughtfulness was out the window and patience just was not there. I understand that it’s cold outside but the delivery driver did not have to wait long I had someone sitting there waiting for him to come which my order came a hour late I wish it was a way that I can post a video if it is I figure it out and I will show you exactly what I’m talking about. Who said people food on the porch where snow, salt, water is at I gave a $2 tip that’s all I had after I work what’s the problem. I am not happy about this.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called in an order and drove 15 minutes out of my way to pick it up, only to be told the order was never placed. The same guy at the counter was the one who took my order over the phone.
I confirmed the correct phone number with him, and his response was simply that “someone must have forgot.” That someone was him. He had no recollection of the order, shrugged it off, and went right back to making pizzas like it wasn’t a big deal.
No apology, no attempt to fix it, no solution offered at all. I had hungry kids in the car and ended up leaving empty-handed after wasting time and gas.
Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability or customer service is what really makes this unacceptable. Won’t be coming back.

It took them over 1 hour to deliver my pizza. I made a mistake and ordered from Pierson rd. I always get from Ballenger hwy. The pizza was terrible! It tasted gross. It was to be a garlic Parmesan stuffed crust and topping. Well there was no garlic anything. The order was all wrong. I’ll never order from them again. I do not recommend this Dominos to anyone.

Took over an hour and a half for them to deliver my order (live 5 minutes from store) when the app said 14-20 minutes. App said driver was on the way, then later said pizza was being quality checked?!? Watched tracker, driver was all over the NE side of Flint, never came close to my Flushing area home. Then it said pizza was delivered!? Called the store over 10 times but no one answered.so went to pick up my order or find out what was going on. As I leave driveway, driver shows up with burnt pizza and pasta and undercooked wings.

The pizza is very good here. So are many other things like their cheese bread and the boneless chicken wings. Love them. There food is always hot and fresh no matter if you pick it up or have delivery service . Their prices are very fair compared to other pizza stores. Thank you Domino’s for never disappointing.

Every time we eat here they mess something up. This time I ordered a thin crust square cut with no oregano. What I got was a thin crust pie cut covered with oregano. Also I ordered double bacon and pineapple and had less bacon on my pizza than my daughter had on hers and she got a regular portion.
So disappointed with this location.
