As it gets closer to 10, the staff begins working extremely slowly and then stops taking orders whenever they feel like it, well before closing. To make it worse, when you drive through the drive-thru, they avoid the windows entirely instead of communicating what’s going on.
It comes across as very rude and is honestly disappointing to see. If the store plans to stop serving at 9:45, then the closing time should be posted honestly instead of wasting customers’ time. What made it worse is we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just for them to close early in our faces.
I have years of drive-thru experience, so I understand professionalism, workflow, and customer service. What I experienced here fell far short. Ashley H. turned a simple drive-thru interaction into a completely inappropriate and uncomfortable experience. She made unsolicited comments and dragged out the transaction even though our order was clearly ready.
Her behavior was unprofessional, disruptive, and disrespectful not just to me, but to the establishment. No one should have to deal with harassment or awkward, prolonged interactions at a drive-thru window. This incident speaks volumes about the lack of boundaries and awareness on display, and it was deeply disappointing to experience.
They need more people. Restrooms were nasty by the way.
