Shameful, not even up to Waffle House standards. Ordered the All Star with bacon and it arrived with burnt bacon. In a functioning well run restaurant a server would be ashamed to deliver burnt anything to a customer, here it’s par for the course.
The service is in line with the atmosphere where nobody takes their job seriously.

They are calling the orders wrong. So you are getting the wrong food, not all your food. My bacon was burnt. Didn’t get my waffle or hash brown. I use to stop all the time. But the trip before this was not a good experience. I will take my business to a different location. We spent almost 50 dollars. To much for bad service and messed up food.

Only issue was can’t call in an order over the phone anymore. And it wouldnt let me order on their site for pick up or delivery. When I went the next day and ordered in person I let them know. The people that work there are always so nice, accomdating and understanding. I love this waffle house and told them about the issue mainly because I know they were missing out on money with their site not allowing orders to be made

The food quality is at an all time low. MY kid complained about the fully cooked waffles, they felt like the were swelling up on her mouth. The price is climbing but the quality is the pits. I always spend at least 30 and above. The quality is not worth half of that amount. I am over it

Two months ago one of the best mcdonald’s in the town of beaumont. Then all of a sudden it went to c*****.Pardon my french. Nobody says hello, when you pull up at the drive through. Have set as long as eight minutes to get waited on. And was on hold with the comment call number when I did this. Other customers were pulling up and leaving. When I showed one man, how long I had been sitting there timing, getget waied on, he said, yep, that’s about usual and he drove off. We’ll not be going back.
