Fast ordering, couldn’t do full pies so got a pepperoni and a cheese slice. Garlic knots were very buttery and not that good. Pizza was fine. Took less than 5 minutes to get it all and go. Was about $15

Garlic knots were ok, refrigerator temp sauce, pepperoni pizza was cooked greatly and tasted okay. When up there and asked for a cheese slice and the staff said they ran out. Could see in the distance an uncooked but fully prepared cheese pizza right next to an empty oven. Could’ve gave an estimated time of when the pizza would be cooked versus losing a sale. After coming back 20 mins after they did have one cooked.

Waited forever in line, staff didn’t know what they were doing nor did they care. Saw the pizza maker just patch holes in the dough and this is the end result. Slice just fell into pieces and was impossible to eat.
Crust was awesome though.

I stop here at least once a month for lunch. since last year, the food and service has gone down to the point where I didn’t even buy one slice of pizza today because it was burned. The workers always run out of pizza and leave old pizza to serve. they dont want to make more pizza as they run out. they should get better management and workers to service the customers or shut down their business. Total disappointment because they had really good pizza. But not anymore.

I am a truck driver and I stopped there on September 11. I got a Stromboli and a piece of pizza. The Stromboli tasted a little bit sour but I ate it anyways. Well, needless to say I got food poisoning. Today is the 15th and I’m still sick. Please don’t leave your food out like that because it does cause food poisoning. I will never ever ever eat from this place again.

Approached the establishment and good heavens. We wanted to get 2 Stromboli and some knots. They flat out refused to make any more food because they were getting ready to close? Says the close at 10? But apparently, it’s just whenever they feel like it. EVERY SINGLE BIT OF FOOD they had on display looked like it was easily 4 hours old, so what have the employees doing all day that they want to peddle crappy old food and close early. A location in this state of disrepair should be chomping for extra money or at least something to do, but the shrugs his shoulders because he didn’t care employee is a showing for the company’s location is pretty spot on. Rude people and crappy pizza is an obvious reason for thier terrible reviews and we close when we want attitude.

Don’t ever eat here. This isn’t the Famiglia pizza you are expecting. The stromboni was absolutely horrible and the pizza was 40% crust, lacked sauce, and wasn’t even heated properly. The employee cut a slice of peperoni pizza in half and gave me the smaller slice which i don’t mind since the pizza was awful. They hired some of the most souless, brainless employees i havr ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life.
Don’t say nobody warned you. For nearly $6 a slice you can get yourself something tasty from Roy Rogers next door. Do not go to this place you will regret it.

The stromboli is good and flakey. It was a tad burnt and looked to have been left out for half the day. Still, of the 600 miles of travel plaza options, buttery flakey reheated stromboli ranks sky high. The price is rediculous, though, for food on a road they charge you money to drive on.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I spent my money. Ordered a sausage Stromboli and was mostly bread. Guy supposedly put it in the oven was still cold. I didn’t open it up until I got back in my truck. They just lost another customer. I will definitely be telling everyone about them. I’m sure the company don’t care cause ppl will still buy from them

If I could give it a zero, I would. We paid $52 for 8 slices and 4 drinks…and the dough was still a nasty, doughy mess- to the point that the slices ripped in half when we were trying to take them out of the box. The only positive is that the sodas were in bottles so they couldn’t screw those up too.
