Ordered the meals through the drive-thru. The restaurant was not busy. It’s a new store so the outside area is clean and well maintained. The food was hot when it got home. The sandwiches were put together well, not falling all over the inside of the boxes and tasted great. The waffle fries were hot.

Food was tasty and service was great until i was almost done with my sandwich and noticed a dead baked in fly which I nearly gagged on cause it was my next bite. Being a new restaurant i expected it clean. But service was great. Ordered no ice in my drink and got ice but not a super big deal.

Made fast, decent service, but what came out of the box was slop. The tomatoes were essentially just watery pink skin and although I ordered extra pickles on a deluxe sandwich, I only received one and it had a gaping hole in it. It was loose and stretched, like my ex-wife. I am only giving it 2/5 stars because if nothing else, it was filling. I didn’t bother even eating the waffle fries because they are stale and actually cold. Not even lukewarm. I mean cold.
The store was clean and the workers and customers were all smiles and friendly but I cannot recommend the food from this location. It was also $27 for a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Extra Pickles, a Medium Waffle Fries order, and a Medium Lemonade freeze, with an 8 oz Chick-fil-A Sauce Bottle.

I ordered mobile pick up and there was a lot of cars at the drive-through, so I decided to go inside. Kind of had to wait a little bit. But the manager was really nice. He asked me what I was waiting for. I told him my order number and he made it really quick. The food was great. That staff was friendly and I went to the bathroom while I waited on my food, and it was really clean.
I will definitely be coming back to this location with my kid.
It’s a new location, so don’t rush to judge it really quick. Give it a try .

EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The employees are EXTREMELY NICE! Ive never been to a fast food restaurant this good! The food is delicious, the place is VERY clean, and i have NEVER seen employees this nice! One of the employees even told us to have a nice day! I believe this fast food restaurant deserves to be 1# with 5 stars!!!

I ordered through the drive-thru at this location, The girl who took my order, asked for a name, and I spelled my name of four different times. Then with her repeating the order, I corrected her on the dipping sauces three times and she stated that she had everything correct. Once we got to the window, I asked another gentleman To double check the order because she was having a hard time taking the order on the tablet. I received my order. All of the food was correct however, My name was spelled incorrectly, and all of the dipping sauces were incorrect even after asking someone to double check the order and consistently repeating myself more than twice. I called and spoke to the manager Jake, who was very nice and professional. What this Being a new location It was not the customer service experience. I expected it to be compared to the other Chick-fil-A locations in And out of state. Hoping for a better experience next time.

After spending 2 weeks on the east coast we stopped in at this newly-opened Chick-fil-A. What a huge relief to find so many smiling faces who genuinely were happy we were there. The customers too! There’s just something about Nebraska, and something about Chick-fil-A! It’s sure good to be home!

The restaurant and staff deserve some grace because this is a new location, and it seemed that the young servers were still learning; however, the chicken strips I ordered smelled a bit like onion, and had a kind of sweet taste to them. They weren’t like any Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. To add to that, my french fries were room temperature, and instead of ketchup, I received BBQ sauce.
I did order ahead and was going to do the new scan/no need to wait thing, but if I was supposed to pull into the parking spaces with signs or whatever next to them, there were too many cars for me to feel comfortable trying to squeeze in a space. It’s possible I misunderstood the directions/signs. It’s very confusing.
Hopefully, things will get better with time.

The place is phenomenal. Staff is good. However, I was quite concerned about the efficiency of the order. 12 minutes for a carryout order at 8 AM on a Tuesday is a little concerning. But it is a new store. I’m sure they have some things they gotta work out.

We tried out the new location’s drive through since we were in a pinch for time. We ordered a chicken sandwich and we’re trying to figure out what sauce we wanted. My husband was trying to order the fire roasted BBQ sauce for me, but both of us had forgotten the name and it is not on the board. We were trying to figure it out with the server. After I found it on the app, we asked for those sauces. Once finished ordering, we were ready to pull forward. The server did not realize her headset still was on, and started badmouthing us for trying to figure out the sauce and taking a little longer (please note we were the only ones in the drive through).
