I went in to this establishment for some east cost fries. I asked the worker kindly for some east coast fries and he was being very rude. And when I first walked in the two workers were sitting in a corner laughing while I’m waiting to order for 5 mins. I said under my breath I’m about to give these guys a bad review. The worker heard me say that and said yo, you want your food. I said yes sure he said ok than don’t do a bad review. Then I was waiting for my order standing behind the register waiting for my food and he said go have a seat why is a worker demanding me to have a seat. Then the other worker said your standing here like it’s about to come out right now go have a seat. Food was flooded with cheese and barely any unions and fries never coming back. And place was dirty.

Be ware of scammers and thieves! They will either eat your food or give it to someone else.
We made an online order and had to wait 2 hours to get a notification that our food is ready. Understandable that things get hectic over the weekend, however when I went there they told me someone already picked it up. They won’t show any proof of who that person is or how did they know the name on our order, they won’t call their manager as they are supposed to and they won’t even give refund. This was our first time making an order from these thieves and definitely the last after they stole our money.

I ORDERED ON UBER EATS AND WAS HOPING TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO START EATING AT BUT IT WAS NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION THE BUTGER DIDNT LOOK GOOD AT ALL IDK WHO TOLD THEM THAT THAT BUTGER WAS PRESENTABLE AND THE TASTE WAS VERY MID THE FRIES WERE COLD AND HAD NO TASTE THIS REALLY RUINED MY NIGHT I WANT A REFUND !

Picking up a door dash order, I arrived and the cook wasn’t even behind the counter. He was just lounging around in the lobby eating food, while multiple orders were coming up. He didnt start the order right away, he was on his phone. By the time he eventually got to preparing, he moved incredibly slow with no urgency what so ever. This caused my order to be 20 minutes past time. When he was finishing up 2 other employees finally emerged from the back but we’re just goofing around and didn’t help this guy who was clearly backed up and having a difficult time working with efficiency. I have no idea what was going on with this establishment but it was down right embarrassing. Please do better.

I ordered a burger and fries using door dash last night. They didn’t give me the $5 shake I ordered then when the driver asked about it, told him it was in the bag. Well the bag was stapled closed so he didn’t want to open it. It wasn’t there. Also the dressing I ordered was not there. The driver also said the people working there didn’t seem to care and the store was a mess.

Ordered on door dash. Didn’t receive all of my order (missing fries) but i reckon that was a good thing because the one order of fries I did receive was horrible. Mushy and soft, almost wet. The burger patty itself was worse. No seasoning and taste like an oily cooking surface. 1/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend. The burger tastes dirty. As if the cooking surface hadn’t been cleaned. The chicken tenders were barely battered. These “fried” tenders could have passed for baked! No crunch what so ever. I can tell “My people” didn’t make this stuff. My 10 year old, who loves tenders, wasted the entire batch. That’s never happened! He said the tenders were inedible. The deal is : Buy one burger , get 1 free. I see why! They are attempting to get rid of all that old spoiled meat! I totally regret ordering here as we don’t eat out often and this was supposed to be a surprise and reward for my children. Epic fail Don’t be like me and try something new. Read this review, kindly order some where else, and thank me later ☝️

The food is good but… i went and asked for a milkshake and the workers said it was gonna take anywhere from like 20-30 minutes i believe. Then about a month later i payed $6 for a milkshake and after about 20 minutes i asked how long it needed. The worker said 5 minutes, only to go back and see that they had’nt even started on my order yet.

Just ordered for the first time through DoorDash and we got 2 smash burgers and the east coast fries and man are we full. Smash burgers are giant and filling and the east coast fries were sloppy and good. Just what we needed after getting home from vacation and not wanting to cook. Super yum.

Legit 2 weeks ago I got from this place and I tried the smash burger and the chicken burger sliders. It was so good and tasted delicious. I recently ordered it (today) and I got 6 raw burger sliders and 2 raw chicken sliders. I don’t know if they changed owners or what but everything was off. No coleslaw on the chicken burgers and the burger sliders had no onions and burger one sauce. My opinion is that they’re were super busy but raw food that’s a no no.
