I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this location. My order was marked as delivered after waiting over an hour when it said it’ll be 25 minutes, yet it was never brought to my door. I have doorbell camera footage clearly showing that no delivery was made. When I called the store to report the issue, I was placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time while waiting for someone to get the manager. All I was requesting was a replacement for the pizza I never received. After waiting so long on hold with no resolution, I decided to drive to the store myself. When I finally spoke with the manager on duty, she informed me that she could not replace the missing food or issue a refund until she contacted DoorDash. She also stated that she couldn’t replace it due to inventory reasons which has absolutely nothing to do with me as the customer. I explained that whatever issue existed between the store and DoorDash, or with their inventory, should not affect me. I paid for food that I did not receive, and the right thing to do would have been to replace it immediately. Instead, she repeatedly stated she could not help me until she spoke with DoorDash. After going back and forth with no resolution, I chose to leave. Regardless of internal policies, inventory issues, or third-party delivery problems, I should not have been left without my food, my money or without a solution. The lack of accountability and customer service was extremely frustrating. I feel silly even having to argue about a pizza. I expected much better. I suggest you go somewhere else if you’re planning on having your food delivered, since they only use third-party delivery service services that likes to steal your food.

First of all, the pizza didn’t have any cheese. I wanted the same cheese you put on other pizza. Mozzarella!! I don’t know what that was but I can’t get the taste out of my mouth. Delivery was late and driver said the map lead somewhere completely different. Me and my mom can’t eat anything spicy. I won’t eat at Pizza Hut again.

My service was horrible. I ordered 1 box dinner & the delivery driver did not deliver my food. On the app it says delivered but I was downstairs in the lobby area and went outside to find them. I called the driver twice and when he answered the phone he kept saying “ I don’t speak English “ so I called the store and explained that I didn’t receive my order and they claimed to have it re delivered “ fresh “ by one of Pizza Hut drivers and not door dash but the second delivery was with a door dasher who delivered my food but the security seal was ripped and my pizza was cold & looked like it’s been tossed around and dropped !!! My only terrible experience and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again soon.. I also took photos of this horrible delivery

The stuffed crust pizza I’m the photo is so full of toppingsband very moist. The pepperoni pizza is so flavorful and tasty. I’m really happy the crew there made such amazing food. I’d definitely recommend everyone to order from or travel to this location. Excellent work!

The place is okay. If you use the right deals that’s pretty good. Lately I’ve been noticing it seems they have been putting less and less cheese on the pizza. I’ve included a picture so that this isn’t my imagination. Still my go to spot but if this continues I may start looking for another.
