Exceptional food. Well prepared and presented. Fun atmosphere with friendly smiling staff. Different from a lot of other restaurants. An enjoyable place to be.

This restaurant has the best sirloin in town! Two visits now, and both times the sirloin was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection with good marbling throughout. Service is top notch and the other dishes were well done too. Allergies were understood and delivered on too. Options for booth, table and bar dining. Definitely a great place for a meal with company, young kids, or an intimate occasion.

Always good food but it’s kind of odd that the male servers look grungy and like they just got off work at the tire store. That knocks it down to 4 stars. They are always good servers, it’s just that their attire really takes away from the nice atmosphere that you’d expect from a meal you are going to pay $100 for two people with a drink or two. The other high dollar place in town has much better dressed servers and makes the atmosphere much better as a result.

Incredible food and wonderful service!

TL:DR
This is a great location for slightly upscale eats, great place for a date night! Don’t skip the dessert – it’s amazing!

Details:
Came here by myself on a work night, and it was pleasantly crowded – not so much so as to be overwhelming, but obviously a good place to be!

Several menu items looked good, but I ended up with a flatbread pizza, the Tuscon Chicken, and it was INCREDIBLE! Flavorful but not too heavy, and definitely enough for two people to share.

The desserts all sounded amazing, but I got the Apple Pie Bread Pudding. Oh. My. Goodness. It was the best combination of flavors I have had in a long time! Homemade brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream on top just made it perfect!

Oh, and the waitress was amazing – knew what I needed and kept me hydrated.

There is no downside to eating here, so go right now!

In town visiting family and came here for dinner. We were promptly seated at a table, the restaurant has a large bar area that was very busy and a good sized restaurant space that is casual and comfortable. I started with the crab dip with pita and it had very good flavor and seasoning. I ate way too much of this. I then had the salmon with a chili glaze. The salmon was slightly overdone but the chili glaze added a great flavor to the salmon. I also had the glazed sweet potatoes that were excellent. I had a cocktail that was pretty good. Service was excellent and price was very fair.

Food was really expensive and not good at all. The brick oven pizza mostly look and tasted like a frozen pizza. Pretty burnt as well. The Cajun pasta was heavily in spice but not in a good way. And I have had Cajun pasta in other places there is a huge difference between the right amount of condiments and going pass that.

We ate here tonight for the first time, and we did not leave disappointed! There was a guy singing in the bar area that sounded pretty good, and our service was fantastic. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating as well. I had a burger, and my wife had chicken. My burger was just as I ordered, and the egg that was on it was perfect. As soon as I bit into it, the yolk ran everywhere. My wife’s chicken was also good, as well as the macaroni and cheese. We had the cowboy nachos as an appetizer (wasn’t able to get a pick), and they were also great. We will definitely be back!

Was traveling through Texarkana, TX and needed some dinner…stopped in at Twisted Fork. I was seated and my server was Abby who got me a beer while I looked over the menu. Decided on the wedge salad and the Baja Tacos. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but my tacos are delivered to my table BEFORE the salad, when I asked about the salad the lady said it should be out “soon” {sigh}. A few minutes later the salad arrives while I was looking disappointedly at the tacos. I even asked Abby if this was the normal amount of meat provided on the tacos and she said yes…oh well.

Salad was OK, a bit drowned in Blue Cheese dressing but it was an OK salad. The tacos…totally missed the mark. They were supposed to be “3 flour tortillas filled with grilled & blackened red fish, topped with slaw and cilantro cream”. There was basically one “fish nugget”…inadequate, the “blackened” was more like tanned so no blackened flavors, while the cilantro cream didn’t do anything to improve the dish. I guess I could have sent it back but I combined one into the other two to make them a bit more like a meal.

Service from Abby was good, but overall not a huge fan of this meal.

What has happened! We come every year for Valentine’s (with reservations) and Anniversary (July). The food takes 40 – 50 minutes and comes back bland. Even this Cajun Seafood Pasta was bland, no seasoning except on the plate rim. Not even the shrimp was grilled, buttered or flavored. This has happened the last two visits. We have been faithful in our visits, but alas, this will probably be our last time. Once again the manager was able to prorate our checks, but I really miss the great food! I hope you guys can pull it together.

Food is great and staff are amazing. And they usually have sports on the screens so you can keep track of your favourite team. Love the place and every time I go to Texarkana Symphony we go there for a after concert drink and dinner. Magnificent place!!
