We stopped in during dinner time to try the viral fluffy japanese pancakes and it did not disappoint! I over-ordered because I wanted to try more than one thing. Hands down my favorite is the creme brulee pancake! Delicious, not too sweet, creamy and soft goodness! Plenty of parking, seating and a short wait. Self order machine and friendly customer service!

I recently visited this adorable breakfast spot, and it truly exceeded expectations! Their smoked salmon croissant sandwich was the star — buttery, flaky, and packed with fresh, tender smoked salmon. I also tried their avocado egg benedict, and it was so good — creamy, perfectly poached, and bursting with flavor.
And the best part? With any meal order, you get a FREE French toast — such a sweet and delicious bonus that makes the whole experience even better.

I would give one star but the guy working was really nice so that bumped it up a little. Besides that, I don’t think anything else is noteworthy at this restaurant.
Definitely not worth the price. One order of pancakes after taxes came to almost $22, for two pancakes, some loosely whipped cream, blueberry compote, and a few berries.
We also asked for a cup of water and they don’t have any filtered water, only bottled water which we also had to pay for.
They didn’t have WiFi, the employees said they have to use the bank WiFi next door because even the employees were not given the WiFi password.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was amazing, the service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for hanging out with friends.
The soufflé pancakes were so light, fluffy, and delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. The latte art was on point and the drinks were just as good as the desserts. Everything tasted fresh and indulgent without being overwhelming.
The café itself has such a cozy, modern vibe, super clean, comfortable seating, and a great spot to relax, chat, and enjoy good food.

Nice spot with fluffy pancakes! They have savory or sweet pancakes. Both were pretty tasty. But seating is limited and you order with a kiosk. Lots of selections snd they can only cook the pancakes so fast. Good for smaller groups. Service did as best as it could. I think if the seating was better designed they could hold more people.

I went with my friend about a month ago. It was a good restaurant with an easy-to-understand menu with just enough choices for every customer. How it works is you order your food with the cashier or the kiosk and they’ll bring out the food to your table, where you can sit at any available table, (the order will have your name on it). I personally ordered the Tiramisu Pancake and the Mango Refresher. The pancakes tasted good and the refresher was wonderful.
However, my reasons for the rating are twofold: 1) the cashier told us that the food would come out in about 10 minutes. (For context, we were the only customers at the restaurant.) Unfortunately, the real wait time ended up being closer to 30 minutes from when we ordered. Personally, I would’ve preferred being told that the food will take 30 minutes to arrive and actually arrives earlier rather than being told that it would come out in 10 minutes and actually arrives late. And 2) although the pancakes tasted good, it wasn’t filling, especially given the price of almost $17 when we went. I would’ve liked that there was a side included that can compliment the pancakes to make it worth the price.
In sum, it was a nice one-time eatery experience. On the plus side, I would still return for the refresher. It was REALLY good.

Fluffy Fluffy in Schaumburg is pure magic! We finally made it there and wow, everything was even better than expected.
We ordered the matcha soufflé pancakes and they were absolutely incredible—super tall, jiggly, and so incredibly light and fluffy they practically melt in your mouth. The matcha flavor was perfectly balanced: rich, earthy, and not overly sweet, with that beautiful green drizzle and just the right amount of powdered sugar on top. It felt like eating a cloud with matcha vibes. Definitely one of the best soufflé pancakes we’ve ever had!
Then we tried the Oreo Cookies & Cream Croffle (that croissant-waffle hybrid everyone raves about) and oh my goodness—it was next-level delicious. Crispy, buttery layers on the outside, soft and chewy inside, loaded with crushed Oreos, cream filling drizzles, and a generous scoop of cookies and cream ice cream on top. Every bite was indulgent perfection—sweet, crunchy, creamy, and totally addictive. We fought over the last pieces!
The café has a cute, bright atmosphere with quick service even when busy, easy kiosk ordering, and friendly staff. Portions are satisfying, and everything feels fresh and high-quality. We’re already planning our next visit to try more flavors (those strawberry and Nutella ones are calling our names!).
If you’re in the Chicago area and love fluffy, creative, Instagram-worthy treats, Fluffy Fluffy is a must. 100% worth it—we’ll be back soon!

The presentation is beautiful, the flavors are on point (not overly sweet), and the portions are just right. We also tried their drinks, which were refreshing and paired perfectly with the desserts.
