Our meals came, and on the first cut of my steak I notice that my steak was not medium-rare and that it was rare, 10 minutes later a waiter (not our waiter) passes by and I showed him that the meat was rare not medium rare, when the waiter saw the meat he said ya that’s rare, asked me to put just the steak on a plate and said I’ll put it back in the grill for a couple of more minutes OK, I said alright. My family was done with their food and I was still waiting for my plate, about 20 minutes later. Finally our waiter passed by our table and asked if they ever brought my steak back to me, I replied no they haven’t, waiter made a jester and walk away, 5 minutes later return back with a new plate. Waiter came back to our table and asked if everything was good, I said OK, at that time I said are you going to bring our deserts that you took at the beginning of the order, he replied back I didn’t take any deserts, but do you want deserts I’ll put in the order I said that’s fine. Asked for the check, paid with a gift card that had $50.00 and for some reason the card was decline twice, no problem gave him my visa card and paid $49.86 gave a $5.00 tip total $54.86.
on 1/15/2012 I called the restaurant and talk to the manager in charge at the time of my call, his name is Juan, he took all the information and said that the General Manager was going to call me back tomorrow and asked what’s was the best time I can be reach I said any time is good. I never receive any phone call back from the General Manager, I believe in giving the general manager an opportunity to make this experience right, at this time I would like a call from your Area Director or Coach from the area. Thank You
On 2/26/2013 at 11:23 A.M. the General Manager called me and apologize about the situation and said that Area Director was going to contact me her name is Betty till today I have not yet receive a call from the Area Director, to me as a customer and a consumer I just feel more disrespected from this situation, but that’s ok because I will never step a foot on any of your places I will post on the appropriate web site and to make sure to tell all my friends, of course for those who I don’t like Ill make sure to recommend your facilities.
