I had an amazing experience at IHOP, and it was even more special because I went with my best friend from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming perfect for relaxing, talking, and enjoying our time together. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and served in generous portions.
The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. It was such a lovely moment to share, full of laughs and good vibes. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place for a great meal and quality time with friends or loved ones.

They need to get rid of that manager I believe her name is Megan (the white chubby lady) there were 2 main incidents on why I won’t be dinning in at this location anymore. One time I came with my friend we sat at the booth near the kitchen. First of all they only have one server no matter if it’s busy or slow which made us wait a long time to even get our order out. As we were being treated by our server she started yelling from the kitchen which you could hear all the way through the bathroom going a rant about her being scheduled to come in an the other managers didn’t do their job cussing out and being loud. We had to ask our server to tell her to lower her voice as there was more people and kids dinning. Yesterday night I went in with my mom my niece (a three year old) and my SIL. They had ONE table seated which was a group of about 9 people and when we arrived to the front door she asked us to SEAT DOWN and wait till she called us to get seated which we did. As she was grabbing the menus I asked if we could be seated far from the group because the party seem to be having fan and we had an infant with us. She had all sections close but 4 booths opens (where the big party was at) she immediately yelled and said “if you give me a minute I’ll get you seated if not yall can wait” she sat us at our booth and then they left us there for about 10-15 without being greeted. My niece was getting impatient then she came back and literally slammed the silverware on the table and left again. This is just so rude and disgusting. I don’t care what’s going on as a manager you need to be in control. Is not like we were going to seat there and eat for free.

Had breakfast at iHop on a Saturday morning with a group of 4. We were seated within 10 minutes, and the wait staff was pleasant, and it was full of families and young people. We had Colorado Omelet, Sampling, Avocado Toast with eggs, and bacon and biscuits and gravy. The coffee and the meals were tasty, and eggs were good, too. It’s an affordable diner with decent food. Nothing fancy, but it fully met our expectations.

Except for pancakes, everything was undercooked. We were looking forward to crispy bacon and hash browns, with soft over medium eggs. The bacon was slimy and translucent, the hash browns were undercooked, not quite raw, and the eggs had lots of uncooked whites. Pancakes were fine, but covered with some blueberry liquid that immediately soaked through the top pancake so that it was soggy before it arrived at the table. We were hungry and ate it all, but definitely not worth the calories, and did not satisfy what we came to this restaurant to find. We waited a very long time for our food. The hostess was super nice though.

Normally, I’m not a chain restaurant person, but I’m gonna give this IHOP five stars because I love the old school atmosphere and the service Ronner, my server, gave me (I still can’t believe how hard he works just to put a smile on my face after working the graveyard shift at Amazon).
As for the food, if you’re going to be ordering the omelettes, don’t be shy to get the buttermilk pancakes, preferably without butter on top because the omelettes are already made it using butter. The pancakes do a good job sopping and balancing out the flavors. Trust me, it’s worth eating the pancakes Ethiopian/Indian style.
Finally, drinks are drinks so you can pretty much order whatever feels right to you.
I can see why my friend, Veronika, recommended this place to me.
So yeah, if you’re looking for a nice American style 24/7 breakfast joint that offers generous deals, give this IHOP a shot. You can even try speaking to the waiters in Spanish there if that’s what you’re looking to do.

Very disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, my son’s kids fries were completely missing. The service was extremely slow, and no one seemed to take responsibility or fix the issue in a reasonable time. In the end, we had to leave the restaurant without the fries, even after paying $62 for our meal. I then had to go to McDonald’s just to get fries for my child, which should never happen after dining at a restaurant. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience, especially for a family with kids. I will not be returning

This ihop was not up to muster. We arrived at 8am and were slow to be seated. We were the only people in the restaurant and there was confusion on where to sit our party of 8. The Host didn’t get enough menus or silverware and completely disappeared so one of us had to go up front to the empty host table to get it plus kids menus and crayons for our 3 children. While the food did arrive in a timely manner, some of us had to wait a very long time for side items like pancakes or the correct French toast order. Once the pancakes did arrive it was sent back because my husband found hair in it. Overall a very disappointing experience at this ihop. I hope they can improve their service.

This was absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had in my life. And I love breakfast. How can you burn pancakes number one. Number two if the pancakes are supposed to be strawberry cheesecake where was the strawberry and whipped cream. And I didn’t know the eggs can turn this brown that was the cook on my omelette. But the manager was very nice and apologetic

This is our first time here, and so many things happened during the short time we were here. Our server (a Hispanic short man with black hair and glasses) greeted us, annoyed. Mind you, it was not busy. We placed our order, but one of the items was completely wrong, and other items we had asked for were forgotten. When our server returned 20 minutes later, we asked him about the items that were forgotten, and he immediately rolled his eyes. After that, he completely ignored us and had other people bring us stuff. Furthermore, we witnessed the staff yelling at customers, for example the white lady server yelled at a table telling them to stop laughing because they were causing a disturbance and that everyone was staring at them; however, they literally apologized and were quiet after that. The staff was just overall rude. The only nice person, I believe, was the manager, who was a young black man.
