When entering this Peter jungle with my family we were greeted by a waitress, and my brother asked for a booth for more comfort, there were five of us.
The first thing out of her mouth is that it would be more convenient for me if you sat over here, she was pointing to the left. And also said that she was the only server for that section.
We arrived granted just before closing about 35 minutes or so but that’s gives her no right at all to treat a guest disrespectfully.
It was the way she said it most of all. She used a very condescending voice, was a bit of annoyance attached. Like she was doing as a favor or something.
When I come into a restaurant with my family I expect to be treated as a guest should be treated, and if a guest prefers a booth that’s what you give the guest not what you want but what they want.
I believe she was just too lazy to walk the extra feet to the booth area that she may have just cleaned.
The restaurant was not closed yet so she has no reason at all to close a section except for the fact that she does not want to clean it again.
These days restaurant should be happy to have guests at all considering the economy and how many other restaurants are going out of business.
Overall as with most Peter jungles it is obnoxiously loud inside the restaurant due to the fact that they have poor acoustics because they have cement floors and high ceilings with no acoustics to absorb the sounds.
The service was okay except for the fact that the waitress did not take the dirty plates, she was more interested in doing her side work in order to leave sooner than later most likely.
As for the food, I had a chicken lavash wrap that had barely a half ounce of chicken cut into small dice pieces, the first three bites of the wrap was all lettuce and pesto.
For the price that they charge the rap should have had at least 3 oz of chicken or more preferably 6 oz.
Since I’ve been going to pita jungle on and off with my brother for about 8 years, I have watched the portion sizes decrease and the prices increase, year after year.
Originally pita jungle was a good value for the money but not any longer, not to mention the restaurant chain has consistently never done anything to update the decor, or the problem with their acoustics.
Overall I was not impressed at all by this location, I would not spend my money at this location again.
If you’re looking for a meal that will fill you, look someplace else pita jungle will just fill you with bread and lettuce, and empty your wallet leaving you feel ripped off.

It’s been a while since I have eaten here, but it’s just as good as I remember! We started with the delicious Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus. It’s not spicy if you don’t like heat. I had the Lavash Chicken Shwarma and my husband had the Veggie Lavash. Both were very tasty! To drink I had the Guava Lemonade. It is very sweet, so I added water to mine.

The food was very good. I got the Chicken Pita and the garlic cilantro crispy fries. And my waitress was super nice, attentive and very beautiful. She explained what food is ideal for lunch and made some suggestions but I was craving for some pita bread. Lol.

Food: The hummus with chicken was good. Not the creamiest hummus I’ve had nor the juiciest chicken. Pita that came with it was okay, but not the best.
Service: Very friendly and kind staff. Service was a bit slow although there wasn’t many people.

I like Pita Jungle. Good food for low price. I ordered my usual Philly Steak Pita. My wife ordered a caramelized cauliflower with Tahini. Honestly, nothing I would order for me. Then I saw her enjoying eating. I asked her to let me try it. WOW. That plate is super yummy. From now on. It would be on my list of favorite food at Pita Jungle. You should try it. It is really good.

I recently tried placing an online catering order with Pita Jungle, and in the chaos of everyday life, I got distracted and forgot to actually hit the submit button. Fast forward to the day of my event—15 people coming over in just a few hours—and I suddenly realized I never received a confirmation email. After frantically checking my browser, I found the order still sitting there, never submitted. Totally my error.
I called Pita Jungle in a panic, expecting the worst news… but instead, I got the BEST customer service. The manager, Amber, and her amazing team stepped in and saved the day. They took my entire order over the phone and had everything prepared and ready for pickup well before my guests arrived. The food was fresh, delicious, and a huge hit at the party.
Thanks to Amber and the staff, what could have been a disaster turned into a big success. I’m so grateful for the customer service, quick response, and high-quality food. Pita Jungle has earned a loyal customer!

This place is incredible great atmosphere an friendly staff. Clean bathrooms which lets face it is always important especially for wheelchair users I recommend both the seating is convenient an low enough to wheel up to an room to wheel around.
Food is delicious every time. You can taste the freshness an quality.
