I guess here you can’t have it your way. They ain’t 2.9 stars for a reason. I don’t look for fast food restaurants to be the best. But at least try. My order was simple, online order. 2 burgers plain with cheese,add mayo and bbq to one and add mayo to the other. Think they followed instructions? Just horrible and ridiculous.. I asked for a simple sandwich no egg and they gave me egg anyway…. Made a uturn got out spoke to manager he remade my sandwich so I left open up and bit into it . It was egg again and this time bacon added . Made a uturn again went in and was like refund . Just messed up my morning …. Twice order was wrong . If the manager messing up it’s definitely not the place to go.dont go to this location it sucks and they got attitudes at that. Horrible management

I am absolutely disgusted and beyond disappointed with the experience I had at this location. I placed an order consisting of a Single Bacon King with medium fries and a Coke, a kids cheeseburger meal, and the $5 duo with chicken fries. What I received was inexcusable.
EVERYTHING was cold, stale, and clearly old. The fries were hard and inedible, the chicken fries were cold and rubbery, and the burgers tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp or reheated in a microwave. Nothing about this food said “fresh.”
To make matters worse, I attempted to call the store SIX times before anyone even answered the phone. When someone finally did, I was met with defensiveness instead of an apology. The woman who eventually answered (and hesitantly gave her name as Heather) had the nerve to claim the food had just been made fresh. I was sitting there struggling to chew through cold, tough food and being told that it was “fresh”? Completely unacceptable.
The lack of quality, accountability, and basic customer service at this location is appalling. I spent my hard-earned money on food for my family that none of us could even eat. This is not how customers should be treated, and it’s certainly not the standard I expect from a national brand like Burger King.
I hope someone in management or corporate sees this and takes action—because this experience was a complete disgrace.

This location is constantly closing early, or trying to give reasons on why you shouldn’t order. I drove up to the drive through once and they said all they had were Fries and Drinks. I let them know I had a mobile order (meaning I already paid for it) I received nuggets and burgers that I ordered. I’m definitely calling corporate when they open in the morning per the reviews this seems to be a consistent issue with this location.

I waited 30 minutes to try one bacon melt. I asked the kid at the drive-through cashier, “Why such a long wait?” and he simply said “there’s not enough help.” I usually sympathize with this type of situation, given the environment we operate in these days and the labor shortages. It’s unfortunate that there is a lack of food service personnel. The simple fact is that I still had to wait half an hour for one lousy overpriced burger. In the amount of time it took, I could’ve easily cooked my own with more natural and healthier ingredients for cheaper. Unacceptable. At that long of a wait it should be free…

Very bad one, within 30sec, Drive through order was ready with cold and dry nuggets as shown in photo, sandwich was warm not fresh and fries half dawn. I got home sad, but for gas prices I would have returned everything. The manager knowing did that, smiling as I was leaving. Please taste you order before leaving the location. Very poor and bad service
