Filling tasty bowls with a ton of food and sauce choices – great Mediterranean flavors in a fast causal setting. We ate outside and had a ‘make your own’ bowl (falafel, veg, basmati rice and lentils) with a cucumber mint drink. Sally, who was making our food, offered great suggestions for sauces. Oh – the pita bread is dangerously good. Good service, good value

Five-Star Team Effort Despite a Rocky Start
I ordered a large team lunch today to celebrate one of our employee’s birthdays. I initially placed the order online, but when I arrived at Cava, I was informed that online ordering was down due to short staffing. No problem—I had everything organized and ready to go for our group of five.
When I arrived around 10:44 AM, Sally met me at the door and let me know they opened at 10:45. I appreciated the clarity and waited patiently. I let Sally and another team member know that I had a large order and asked how best to proceed to keep things smooth for both the staff and other customers.
Although I would have preferred the opportunity to offer the guest behind me a chance to go ahead—rather than Sally making that call—it all worked out in the end. Sally and Michelle jumped in and handled the large order with grace and efficiency. The process ended up going seamlessly, and the food was perfect.
To the gentleman behind me in line: I know the wait was long, so I covered your lunch as a thank-you for your patience.
Despite a slightly awkward start, the team pulled together, and I truly appreciated the effort—especially given they were short-staffed. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Michelle and Sally for their help and professionalism. This experience turned out even better than I expected, and I hope it serves as a learning moment for handling big orders with grace and good communication.

These bowls are amazing. My girlfriend loves getting bowls so I end up going to lots of places that offer bowls. This one is hands down the best. Steak and vegetarian options are both great. I got the falafel today just to see and it was delicious. The chips and drinks are a must get too. The portion size is good because I always have leftovers to take home. The veggies are super healthy and prepared deliciously.

If I could give 8 stars for food I would. I’ve never been to Cava before, but man! Their chicken was so scrumptious and so was my whole bowl. Angel gave incredible service and the dude making the Chicken looked locked in on making my chicken so yummy! The vibes were amazing, it feels like the perfect place to chill or catch up with your college friends. We wanted to tip Angel for her incredible service and help but they don’t do that. So yummy again, 11/10

If there’s a line, it can take a while. They were so busy, but still remade my bowl quickly when they put sauce all over instead of on the side as I requested. Food is so full of flavor and veggies. They have the best drinks, too, so much flavor and fresh choices like cucumber lime mint, lavender blueberry, and jasmine green tea. They also take allergies seriously, always checking for me on new dishes and changing gloves.

Don’t get me wrong the food is really good. But I’m sort of outraged by how skimpy the portions have become. When you’re spending $17 on a salad, you definitely expect a lot more than this this. Shrinkflation, I guess.
