I have given this Zaxbys three chances and they fail every time on their wings. I have returned two times and spoke to the manager about the issue the cooks have with sending poor quality wings out to the drive through. They wouldn’t serve these to a guest in storefront. I unfortunately did not check the order this time due to being in a hurry. The management team needs to inspect food headed out the drive through window better and hold people accountable. If you order through the drive through you better check your food before driving off!

This location was easily 5 stars the first 4-6 months after it opened but has slowly shifted to a lesser quality. The food isn’t bad but the issue is the attitude/courteous-ness of the staff. There is just a lack of care or concern most times Ive visited, especially in the last couple of months.

Got the 20ct traditional dry rub lemon pepper. Got home 5 mins later and they had poured or did something but there was so much liquid on the bottom of the plate with all the dry rub it took 90% of it off. Called and manager Jenny told me next time I come back I’ll have a discount. 2 weeks later gonna get it again and tell the girl working my name and what happened and she told me 10% so yeah 3$ off of a 30$ order awesome zaxbys. I’m 110% DONE with Zaxbys. The size of the chicken fingers has gotten so ridiculously small that it’s time I moved on.The staff is usually friendly but they seem annoyed when someone dines in. It looks like their current priorities are drive-thru and online orders(doordash,grubhub,etc.). But the worst part of all, is the price has went up and the portions have drastically went down. I pay almost $15 for sub-par toast, luke warm fries, and 6 of the smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever seen. I mean LOOK at these pictures!! This was the size of ALL of them, I should taken a picture of all of them in the palm of my hand. This isn’t just at this Zaxbys, it’s everywhere. I don’t blame the restaurants for this. I blame their corporate management for making this the acceptable amount. Corporate greed did this, not the workers.

me and my family ate at this zasbys, I spent 11$ on 3 taco meal, the chicken tenders were smaller than the boneless wings, there was only a small pinch of lettice on the tacos, the dinning area was really clean, restrooms were clean. There was only 1 person working behind the counter that spoke English. Making it extremely difficult to ask for napkins.

Taco was an overcooked shriveled up chicken finger with a few pieces of lettuce thrown on. Service time from drivethru staff was quick and polite at window. Would have asked for replacement but we were traveling and already back on the highway.
