Staff purposely avoids eye contact and ignores customers in lobby so they can exclusively serve drive thru amd mobile orders. My fiance had to place on order online just to get service, then the worker tried to ignore an elderly man who had been waiting longer. Close your lobby if you won’t properly serve the people in it.

Dan helped us order a custom lion king cake for our daughter. He was great to work with! Other staff didn’t know how to order cakes, he rectified it right away.

As soon as I walked in the restaurant, an absolute vile stench of what seemed to be vomit?, was in the air and no matter where we sat we could not escape it. We had to eat in the car. The service was not as expected. The staff is usually friendly but a young boy behind the counter who took my order had an attitude to begin with. When waiting for my food, he called out a name which sounded similar to mine. so I went to the counter and he said “is your name ALSO Louise?,” in a condescending tone. To top it off, he put my chicken strips that he was holding with his bare hands, onto a bare tray with no paper or anything. My chicken has god knows what on it now, and was also cold. I gave him a heads up to probably not do that in the future because it’s disgusting. He also forgot my ranch and my kids meal didn’t come with everything . Not great, would not recommend.

Had to delete my post to make a new one. Love that u fixed the light but I honestly find it unprofessional to paste a link for me to put in my phone inorder to solve this problem. If it’s something that involves your store and you respond from the owner account there is no reason I need to voice my opinion on something else that u provide especially since I already voiced my concern. And making me follow a link that I have no clue what it could do to my phone or electronic since all your saying is to say what I explained to you already in website. I don’t trust random links and if you really care about what is being said and problems people have don’t make the do it on a link they have no clue where it goes. I really don’t trust it and not risking it, have fun hacking others

This was the most disappointing visit to DQ I have ever had. My friend and I drove through and I ordered a double bacon ranch combo with a blizzard, and they took our payments and had us pull up. Not only was there nobody behind me, they did not have my order out for several minutes. After I eventually got my food, the fries were lukewarm straight out of the bag. When I got back to work and opened up my burger, there was a long hair under it. The only thing I got to eat on my lunch break was subpar fries and a blizzard. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I advise anyone considering visiting to choose one of the many alternatives that surround it.

Beyond irritated. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I ordered a plain burger and they gave me everything on it. I can’t go back. And now I’m having to cook for my son since he and I can’t eat. Pretty pissed. Won’t return.

This is supposed to be a butterfinger blizzard, but where are the toppings? This is what you go to DQ for! It’s just a cup of vanilla ice cream with a hint of chocolate crumbs. Eesh. I even asked about it when they handed it to me and they said that’s how they’re supposed to make them.

DQ on 12th Ave. has excellent ice cream treats, and ice cream birthday cakes for children to enjoy. In addition, the food isn’t half bad either. Great friendly staff members that work together aš a team in a very postive way.

Super disappointed with this DQ’s service. Despite the hours for the lobby being posted on the building, I was refused service 25 minutes before posted time. Manager claims that there is no way she can even take my order. Good thing Sonic is right next door.
