If I could rate this trash restaurant zero stars, would. Employees are so un-motivated, lazy and lack common sense. Sitting in the drivethru for over 10 minutes waiting for JUST a small fry. I hope corporate closes down this location because every employee deserves to be unemployed.

Got the wrong order delivered and food was left outside, not as I asked to call or text upon arrival. Food was cold and not well presented. Called restaurant and nobody answered. Had to throw out the food and wait almost 4 days to get an answer by email. The person who emailed was nice thou, I got my money refunded at least. But the experience was terrible; my order number was 33 but I got order number 34. Not sure if I would order from that particular BK again (1033 Farmington in Bristol, CT)

I know this Burger King had some bad experiences, but these last few times have been pretty good!! I did have to wait some time for food, but that’s also because they’re understaffed. The staff that were working there at the time are very polite and friendly with me and they made sure that the order was made correctly.

Disgusting! I found this cockroach leg looking thing in my zesty sauce! I moved it to the side so you can see it better! I know it’s not your fault it’s probably wherever they package the sauce at! But still it’s disgusting I am never eating sauce from and BK ever
again!

Whenever I’m craving Burger King I drive from Newington Connecticut to Bristol I have never in my entire life had a Whopper that looks exactly like they represent in the picture but at this location I do every single time the staff is always friendly and honestly ONLY Burger King that has whoppers this HUGE!!! LOVE THEM HERE ! Fast food with a side of awesome!!!

Lady at the window was super rude. All cz I asked for ketchup, which i had asked for at the window. She literally threw it at me and slammed the window as I was trying to say thank you. I’ll never visit thos location again.

There’s an employee there, a man based on the smell of the cologne, who must marinate his hands in some foul cheap CVS cologne which he then wraps your to-go food if you order by delivery thereby making it inedible. Disgusting. Stop wearing cologne, dude! You’re not out going clubbing and stop buying the cheap stuff!
