Ok. I gotta leave an honest one here. The food is absolute. Their Green Beans have a flavor that makes ur mouth water. Everything was great. I bought 2 buckets 6 sides and 14 biscuits. The chicken was a tad soggy on the skin. But tasted so so good. My large family ate everything on their plates, had extras, and we still have plenty of left overs. The large sides are big enough to get the job done, and taste good enough to get the stubborn ones to eat a few healthier options. Like corn, and the green beanies. This type of family treat keeps everyone quiet and together, a rare sight. Everyone praised how great it was. I will 100% return more regularly.

The chicken was over cooked and dried out to the point it was thrown out. Service was slow with long wait times for the food. Spending $40.00 on food that was not edible is such a waist . I would not recommend eating here!

Food was nasty and overpriced. My chicken was still frozen and bloody in the middle. They charged me extra for sauces that would never put in the bag. Whole experience was horrible. Oh yeah, nobody ever answers the phone there.

Or even out of chicken completely.
I only want a 8 piece every time.
The lady in back is always rude to her staff.
I have had to listen to the woman in back complaining that people don’t have anything else to do but order chicken.
She is single-handedly destroying this restaurant.
Almost like trying to get people not to come in anymore on purpose so she doesn’t have to be busy.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes and watched two employees play fight and compare tattoos. When we was finally help we was told they can’t take orders for chicken because they was out and it was only 5pm. Also I watched the manager tell a older gentleman who just wanted a drink she couldn’t help him very rudely that she was busy as she was just standing against the counter with her back to all of us on her phone on Facebook. This particular KFC needs to get new managers and better employees asap!!!

I placed an order in the drive-thru and the person who took my order, which turned out to be the store manager, was not very polite in the way that she took my order. When I pulled up to the window and tried to hand the lady my credit card, she slammed the window in my face and said, ” I’m not waiting on you because of your dogs.” My dogs were riding with me in my car. Thankfully, another employee saw me sitting there and came and took my payment. Another employee that witnessed the incidnt tell me the lady was the store manager the slammed the drive-thru window in my face, as well.

Tried to order through the drive thru, sat there for a few minutes no answer. Said hello into the microphone and still no answer. Drove around to the window and could see people standing around. We went inside to order and the cashier was not very nice when we were ordering and the cook in the back numbered off numerous things that they were out of. My husband tried to order fries and that stated they were out of fries. It was only 730 when we ordered food as well. The women’s bathroom was disgusting and smelled like a horse barn.
