Do not mobile order to save time.
I put in a mobile order 8 min prior to arrival because I thought it would save time. When I got here they told me to get in line. There was 7 people ahead of me. I had already paid on the app so I was forced to stick it out.
When it was my turn to give my name I learned they hadn’t prepared anything. After filling up my own drinks (coke was flat btw) and waiting for a few min
they told me they were waiting on fillets and it would be another 5-6 min wait…
I was in a hurry and this experience ended up costing me 3-4 times longer than normal.
The food is great, staff was nice considering the circumstances but the mobile ordering option is very mis leading and caused me to be late for a meeting.
Why have a mobile order option if it doesn’t save time?? It’s supposed to let you know that I’m coming so the food is ready when I get there.

Online ordering is useless. I did it hours in advance with a pick up time noted when i arrived I went to the designated pick up only to be starred at for 10 minutes. I watched people come in and place orders receiving there’s throughout my visit. I ultimately figured I should step to the register to see what to do. Basically all it boiled down to was I didn’t have to pay at the register. Needless to say it was extremely aggravating and a complete waste of time.

Did not get my order correct. Ask for 1 potatoes and gravy, got 2, ask for 2 coleslaw, got 1, ask for 2 beans and rice, got none, ordered 12 meal, white meat, got mixed. Person taking order didn’t seem to pay attention.

Gave us the wrong order then went back inside to get it fixed and waited 15 minutes in an empty line to be talked about by workers right in front of us not doing anything. Then go home with the right order finally to bite into some raw chicken!
