As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Just ok. Everything seemed to be re-dropped. I hate to be the person to ask for everything freshly dropped upon ordering but I will have to be next time. Food was warm almost hot but greasy.

We have been sitting here for 28 mins on dec 1st 2:19 in the drive thru there is no backing out we are stuck line still isnt moving no clue whats going on but this is crazy………………..ok you can try to back out. One lady just bumped the other lady and neither look happy. Should not take over 30 minutes. I watched at least 20 cars pull up order and leave next door at taco bell

Their food is WAY too expensive for greasy slop they gave me!! By the time I made it 10 minutes up the road, I had a bag full of grease and a pool of grease in the seat of my car (literally)from my boneless wings..

Horrible customer service and looking at the staff it looks unsanitary. The morning manager is always rude and have attitudes. I also come in at 12:45 a.m in drive thru and some women manager says that they are closed for the night i asked for her name and she said she couldn’t tell me that information.

Seems to be working on getting back to their daily routine.

It had been quite some time since I’ve been to checkers, so I decided to go, just on a craving. I the double spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and got the meal, and everything was delicious. Plus, they just started serving lunch. If you enjoy the grub, give it a try

I love checkers and have always said so. I usually have to wait a bit for the on in Griffin, but the food is good so it’s worth the wait. Today, I pulled up excited cause I haven’t had checkers in months. I sat in line for a good bit per usual. Finally pull up in line and when I asked about the bacon double melt the guy at the drive they said he didn’t know what came on the sandwich, he doesn’t make them…. which I can understand but he didn’t offer to find the answer. I didn’t argue or retaliate over a sandwich. I just said thank you and then had to wait another several minutes behind cars before I could finally leave. I’m not upset over the food, I just think it’s unprofessional when a customer asks an employee, who should know what comes in the sandwiches, says I don’t know and isn’t willing to find the answer. It wasn’t a big deal, but I hope next time the customer service is a bit better. I will say he was nice about it, but in the food industry thoroughness goes a long way. Coming from someone who’s worked with customer service and food before

Order was correct. Fries weren’t at their best. Fish sandwich was ok. Chicken strips were good. Lady said they only take 1 coupon per vehicle then when we told her what coupon we had she said they didn’t offer that discount so we couldn’t use it. I just got those coupons this week and I live in the same town as the restaurant so it’s not like the coupons were for a location far away.

Very small burgers. No difference between the signature singles and their 2 for $4 burgers. Small Fry’s are very small, but taste great. AI drive through was cool and got the order right. Tried to walk up, worker opened up the Order window and told us to use the drive thru. Not sure the logic.
