We tried several appetizers and really enjoyed everything we had. Excellent food, and very nice & friendly service.

The grilled pork spring roll was good and had a lot of noodle in it. The peanut sauce was tasty, a bit sweet and on the thinner side. The med rare pho broth had a nice flavor, nothing too strong and wasn’t super oily, and plenty of meat. The chili oil has a nice kick too it without overpowering the taste of the pho.

I’ve ordered takeout from Saigon several times, but this was my 1st time going there and dining in. Nice spot, and even nicer staff. We ordered a seafood pho which I’ve had before, but this one had egg noodles instead of rice noodles. I prefer the rice noodles. We also had the sesame chicken with fried rice, and beef with broccoli and fried rice. Everything was good. We also had spring rolls as an appetizer but I forgot to take a picture.

The food was tasty a little under seasoned. The spring rolls were very good they were vegetable. The staff was very kind and the price was affordable I was satisfied with the portion of food I got. I would eat there again.

The #43 (pictured) is really good for first-timers trying to expand their palate. It’s become my comfort food
I really like that they offer different sizes of pho for different appetites. Service was friendly and really fast. Would definitely come back.

Every time I come here, the food is always delicious. They make some of the best General’s Taos and their Cari with chicken, potato and onions is a delicious curry dish‼️

Service and pho were both fantastic. The food came out rapidly and one of the servers made sure to check in on me throughout my meal. No sriracha but they did have another chili sauce; I guess this national sriracha shortage is getting serious. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

I’ve been eating here for the past 10 years. It’s one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in Charlotte. My favorite dishes here are the grilled pork and shrimp rice dish, seafood noodle soup with egg noodles, and their Bun Bo Hue, which is a hearty beef noodle soup made with beef knuckles and tendons. Their Pho is decent. Their vermicelli is ok. The staff here is very nice and service is quite prompt. Your water is always refilled instantly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been coming here for yearsss and I’m upset at myself for never writing a review. This is THE spot in Charlotte for authentic pho and it’s in a beautiful diverse neighborhood filled with other great restaurants that are must trys. Saigon is a must visit, you’ll quickly become a regular as I am. I will always keep coming back here 🙂

Had the pleasure of attending a private party here and the food was exceptional and authentic. The service was quick and everyone was pleasant. I was told that the dishes I got to experience were especially made for the event and not found in their everyday menu. I will definitely be back to sample more of their food.
