OUTRAGED – I was savoring my delicious mango lassi and when I had just one glorious sip left, they TOOK IT AWAY FROM ME!!!!!!!!!! This place is filled with thieves who will take away your food just before you finish it. If you want delicious Indian food, definitely come to this restaurant. But just know, it could be ripped away at any moment. (Picture included of the lassi quite a bit before the heist)

The place is really good, everything on the diverse menu is tasty, cocktails are strong and great, the restaurant is very clean well lit and not too noisy. Healthy options and good options for those with dietary restrictions. Good place for a date or even a family dinner. The hottest food on the menu isn’t that hot fyi if you’re trying to get spicy Indian food. No complaints otherwise. So far our favorite is the goat curry.

Our server was enthusiastic right on it. The food was… well if you have never eaten Indian food anywhere else you can’t tell the difference. The sauces, curry, vegetarian a little tasteless, bland. The two deep-fried Spinach Pakoras and two Onion Bhajis, was overfried and tasteless. I ordered the Paneer Makhanwala, a little disappointed with the taste and texture. The waiting time for a table was not really worth the eating experience. Maybe, I try again on a week day with less rush.

Fantastic meal hosted by amazing friends at Tulsi Restaurant. Was a new experience for me. I’ve always enjoyed different cultural and ethnic foods but alway was reluctant to try Indian. Well I was wrong and I’ve missed out because this meal was fantastic. Everything I tried was perfectly cooked and bursting with complex flavors. Shrimp, Chicken, Lamb and even Goat. Meats were all tender. Nothing was over spiced nor too hot. The service was gracious and super friendly. Everyone got a huge kick out of India’s name.
If you have ever considered giving Indian cuisine a try please try Tulsi. You can thank me later

I brought my wife and her friend who were not looking forward to having Indian food because they never had a great experience with Indian cuisine before. For them and me. It was by far the best Indian food I’ve ever had and my wife and her friend were just amazed as well. the Owner RAJ came and brought his own suggestions on food all exceptional. The atmosphere so welcoming as well.

On Sunday we drove down from the Midcoast because we wanted some delicious Indian food and choose this spot because of the favorable reviews.
We ordered the samosas and they were astounding.
Then we feasted Lamb Curry and Chicken Corma as the main dishes, simply stupendous!
I doubt that we”d have been disappointed with anything they serve at this fine establishment.
When the servce is great and the food is fabulous, you camnot go wrong at Tulsi Indian Restaurant.
I am.looking forward to going back.

Please don’t order Kadai paneer. We asked for medium and they added so much curry powder / garam masala. Worst kadai paneer I ever had.
Replying to comment below : we typically don’t like to return food and we were anyways too hungry to wait further but that doesn’t mean it was good. Server checked with us once after first bite. We called her later to give her feedback. I haven’t mentioned anything about paneer pakora to her or in comment.
You may be making your masala at home, similar to garam masala. But it was nothing like Punjabi dish, which kadai paneer is.
I think last time I had paneer makhanwala at your place and it was decent may be because didn’t ask to make it medium spicy

First time eating at Tulsi despite living locally. The appetizers were the best part of our meal-beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Our main courses
were good– nothing outrageously stellar, but solid Indian food. We would go again if we have an Indian hankering and the service was friendly, atmosphere basic.

It’s delicious , my fav is the goat Curry and chicken Tikka Masala( Love the spices but cumin to much is a no no). I wish they put more meat,,,, for the price we paid. Friendly bartender( he made the best drink) and polite, waitress are helpful, not sure if there is a manager but 1 lady came by to other table greeting and asking how’s the food and everything but she didn’t came to us(no biggie). Please bathroom have more lights in the hallway and inside ….! I was just afraid to get in by my self it was uncomfortable feeling. And walked by the fridge or something smells like a old house. But after all….it was good except for parking are hard to get.
