Got a meal for 2 for $27. Too much, but it’s whatever for that. What my issue is, the fries were out of the paper tray they come in. I opened the bag on the counter to see if it was there and the fries were just thrown in there, not even on the tray. Then I was waiting longer to get my 2nd cup for my meal for 2. They questioned me in regards to getting a second cup, even when I showed that I only had one cup and proof I was supposed to get two.
On top of it, when we got home 10 minutes later and opened up the bag to eat dinner, the fries were cold! Like they’ve been sitting at room temperature for 3 hours before that. Then the wings didn’t even have enough seasoning! And the cheese dip containers weren’t filled up all the way, but managed to be “overfilled” because it was coming out the tops. Paying that much money for cold, garbage product is unacceptable. This location needs a MASSIVE turnaround. Now I know why the rest of the comments all agree with what I’m saying now. And my fault for not reading them before going to this particular location.

I ordered 10 pcs lemon pepper chicken wings. I got 10pcs fried wings WITHOUT any flavor, chicken was BLAND AS IN AWEFULLY YUCKS!

The absolute worst customer service i have ever had at a wingstop. They need to hire people who at least act like they care. This wingstop will be gone soon.

I ordered a 6 piece boneless chicken tender combo thing at around 9:02pm. I wait for close to 40 minutes before finally getting my order (mind you, there were at least 15 online orders that I saw being completed). Anyhow, after finally getting my food after a long stressful day, at least I get to enjoy my boneless chicken tenders. Wrong. My order was wrong. They gave me boneFULL WINGS. Food tasted good but overall such an inconvenience.

Went there today and was treated very poorly by the staff, knowing I go there a lot and spend our money that didn’t pick up the phone, when all i wanted to do was make sure they made my food right which they didn’t, i still had soggy fries and instead of a 5 piece corn they gave a 4 piece. the two staff members were getting smart and giving me attitude and when I asked for the manager they didn’t want to tell me that either. they’re not answering the phones buy saying they’re busy when they had nobody in the place. I would like to speak with the owner of the franchise or the manager or i will be reporting this place.

Had a horrible experience here. Ordered 40 wings and only got 20. When I came back they had a horrible attitude and were very dismissive of my problem. They didn’t even want to give me to wings until I pushed for it and even then they only wanted to give me ten extra wings so I would be missing out on 10 wings . This happened July 31st at 3-4 pm. I hope the managers here are better than the employees and take action. I am very upset and disappointed because I had to drive home and back and my food got cold.

First time I ordered from here the worker was picking up and hanging the phone up instead of taking orders. When I went in I saw him doing it, I asked why was he picking up and hanging up the phone he stated that they were short staff to take orders.
Second time I ordered from here I ordered 4 combos and when I got home I was missing two fries, strips and a boneless chicken meal.
They need to hire more people because two people are not enough!
