gosh how much i love this place, i come here 24/7. at this point they should give me customer of the week. they do take forever but that don’t matter because everyone loves it here. the way the mango dragon fruit hits my tastebuds is a whole different level. gosh don’t get me started with the cannonball (thank you mr beast) workers are a little overbearing with their tips but i get it, i would be to if i was working starbucks. anyways love this place, 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

On a 26 hour road trip
Our cashier was amazing.
She just nailed it!
Love that the Carmel frappe. The Carmel blob at the bottom! YES! It’s usually on the wall but like I don’t want to scrape the wall to get some Carmel.
Loved the happy faces on the cup.
She was a very lovely woman. You can tell she likes her job.

Rude experience with a barista with round rimed glasses and a ponytail. I ordered online when I was in the parking lot, and was waiting for a hot drink. My cold drink was ready but they forgot my hot latte. So I told one of the workers, and they looked it up but proceeded to ignore the order and continue others. Then I approached the counter again asking the barista in glasses if they were making my hot drink. She said well someone probably took it, with no offer of remaking it. I told her well I ordered right outside, and was the only one waiting. Then she snapped at me, and told me why didn’t you ask anyone. I told her I did about 5 mins ago but, they still didn’t make it. Then she snaps again saying well do you still want it or what? I said of course, it’s been paid for over 20 mins ago. Then she started saying to the worker she said she asked you guys, and walked away. This same rude barista has snapped at me in the drive thru when ordering a venti, but gave me a tall. I told her I said venti, and she’s all no you didn’t, and this is what you ordered. So she has no customer service skills whatsoever, and doesn’t listen to her customers. Some of us need a coffee break that doesn’t need to be ruined by this same rude barista.

They do not know what latté brevé is… they used whole milk. I explained to the individual cashing me out, “brevé is half and half” and she said, “ok.” Then i get my order… it’s whole milk.

Barista with the red hair was a doll, told me all about the location and beautiful mural. She also kindly remade my drink and literally made it better than expected. Utter perfection. Had actually ordered on the app for the drive thru and only had gone in because my son had to use the restroom and I needed to order something I couldn’t access on the app. Glad I stopped in! Next time the family drives to Cali, this will be an extended stop to enjoy a well crafted custom beverage.

The service here has improved and I like how quickly my drink was made. My drink has been made great each time now with no problems. I wish I could have seen inside earlier because that mural is beautiful.

This place is always slow. People here not as friendly as other Starbucks and I stop at Starbucks all over the country. Today, they were out of coffee and I had to wait ten minutes to get a cup of pike. No sorry or even a discount.
Bathroom was dirty, toilets weren’t flushed and there were no napkins.
Tables were wiped clean and garbage wasn’t piled up but behind the counter looked like a mess.
If they cleaned a little better, kept the coffee brewed and were nicer and more outgoing, this would be a nice spot to stop.

This area does not earn any stars whatsoever. The drive thru worker named “Jo-Jo” harassed my sister in law while she was trying to get her drinks and pastries. I called to report him and the supervisor made it even worst and hung up on and put the phone offline. I HAVE never experienced this kind of customer service but I want something done about this!
