Well, this restaurant was really nice. It is located at the Sheraton Vistana Resort, in close proximity to the major pool area. The service was exquisite! Armando and Jeannine, especially Armando, was excellent and understands customer relations and service! He was so nice, noticing that I was visibly shaken about the misfortune that happened to me and my two grandchildren prior to arriving at the resort. He was a sweetheart. He used his personal break time to help me install Uber transportation on my phone. Jeannine had words of encouragement, but Armando made my stay there wonderful! He uplifted my spirit as I was about to throw in the towel, literally! He told me not to worry. My pre-paid rental car had been given away, leaving me and the grands stranded at the resort with no way to visit the attractions in Orlando. What a kind, compassionate employee! He is an excellent addition to your staff and the resort. He was patient as we selected our entrees. The young man who served us dinner was kind also. He had a short name. However, I can’t recall it. I think it was Mac, Leo, or something short. Bottom line, the breakfast and dinner food was delicious. Service was above and beyond! I definitely would visit again because of these interactions. By the way, I do recognize service at restaurants! I am a top ten Google restaurant reviewer! Visiting Sheraton Vistana Resort, give them a try! You won’t regret it! ♥️

Too expensive for mid ah food. Walked in and the waiters didn’t even tried attending us. Barely even answered my question about the menu. My food took almost an hour to be ready. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Disappointing. And the Alfredo was buns, do not waste your money.

Disappointing restaurant on the resort site. It seems to be the only sit down place? Like others have said, the food is mid at best, but very overpriced for what it is. This was my restaurant of last resort. Staff doesn’t take your order, you have to order on your phone with a QR code. Went for breakfast, the online menu doesn’t have the breakfast menu so I couldn’t order. It was extremely empty but no staff would look up and approach my table. Ended up waiting a half hour for the lunch menu to become active.
Ended up canceling my meal and just getting a coffee before I had to be somewhere.

The bartender was extremely charismatic and knowledgeable. He was able to fix me up my first drinky drink to enjoy by the pool area.
They had a good selection of not only drinks but food as well. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to try their amazing fish tacos thanks to someone’s cool recommendation.
We didn’t wait long for our drinks so I suspect the food won’t take long either. It wasn’t too busy during this time of day.

Placed an order to be ready after 12pm and got a text that it was ready at 11:30am. However, I was planning accordingly and trying to take a shower at the time. I then had to frantically try to get ready and find the place. When I got there nobody was at the take out window, I knocked multiple times and no answer so I had to go inside and wait in line to finally get service. They also had trouble finding my order because they already cleared it from the system because I “paid by card” and even after all that BS the food had no taste and the fries were cold. Do not bother eating here.

I haven’t reviewed in ages, but thought I should today. Spouse and I dined on the patio, but took a long while to get my order. We had the truffle fries, shrimp bowl, and Mahi bowl. The food was actually pretty decent. But I had to go back inside not just once, but twice after ordering, to ask where my bowl was. It took about 45 minutes longer to get my food than my spouse. It didn’t ruin my night or anything. But I was starved from a whole day of travel. Service was nice, just wish they were a little more on the ball.

Great view, nice breeze… and somehow we spent $65 on two piña coladas, mozzarella sticks, and a side of fries. I thought we were at a pool bar, not a luxury tasting menu for deep-fried cheese.
Drinks were tasty but not $30-for-a-blender-pour tasty. Fries and mozz sticks were fine — pretty standard — but definitely not gold-plated. You’re paying for the convenience and the view, not the value.
Come for the vibes, but maybe bring snacks from your room if you don’t want your wallet to dive in the pool too.
