Our restaurant was born out of the love that BubbaT had in his heart for his little Acadian-Cajun wife who desired to bring a taste of N’awlins to Spring without ever leavin’ home! Our location began in Spring off Rayford Rd in 2010 while adding a Sawdust location in The Woodlands shortly thereafter. We now have locations in Conroe and Willis to better serve our growing family. Our atmosphere invites family and friends to kick back, relax, and “let the good times roll”! We are in the extraordinary guest experience business with a God-given mission to satisfy “hawngry” tummies and are specialists in the field. We serve up mouth waterin’ Cajun specialty dishes and comfort food cooked fresh and made to order.

I’ll be in I decided to give this place a try and boy were we happy we did My husband got catfish and shrimp with a side of Cajun fries and okra everything will tasted wonderful and everything was hot. We also had a cup of gumbo chicken and sausage was a little bit on the spicy side because of the undewy and I had the seafood and both of those were absolutely wonderful. I had the crawfish tails with the okra and coleslaw and was very good All the food was great hot and came out right away. And Aiden our server was great he was pleasant and helpful and I’m hoping we get to get him the next time we go also. Thank you bubba t’s for a great meal

Very bland, low quality. Would be an insult to call this Cajun food. Gumbo is especially watery & is the lightest colored “gumbo” I’ve seen. No roux was harmed in the making of their gumbo. Crawfish had a blue-greyish hue

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today, and what a great experience. We were immediately greeted by a friendly smiling face and knew we had made the right choice in coming here. The greeter was Kaleb and he was also our server. He explained the menu, told us his favorites, which I always appreciate, then took our order. My husband got the lunch catfish and shrimp and I got the po boy and cup of gumbo. Everything was delicious! My husband ordered the key lime pie for dessert, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I can’t wait to come back and try the beignets and bread pudding, as well as other items in the menu. I love supporting local businesses, this place should be packed all the time. Sadly, today it was pretty empty, but hopefully this is only because it’s Christmas week and slow this time of year. We will definitely be back, it’s a hidden gem here in Willis.

It was a place I was really curious about being in the area. The service was good however the food was only subpar nothing to write home about and the gumbo was watery and truly needed more reaux. Thicker the better. Gumbo should always have a muddy look not a broth look. Just my opinion. I’m not big on spending that much money and not having full table service. Nice atmosphere but unfortunately for the cost I’ll be going to other establishments. I believe in supporting local businesses but they still have to be above and beyond expectations to represent our town. This is all my opinion.

Tremendous hunk of meat on a bun that doesn’t melt in your hands. Very satisfying! Impressive array of Cajun dishes I’ll have to go back and try.

We absolutely love coming here once a month as a family. The staff is always so kind and accommodating with our small children. I’ve had almost everything on their menu and can confirm that we haven’t had a bad meal yet. The catfish here is clean, with none of the “fish” taste and the batter used is excellent! I’d recommend anyone looking for a fish dinner or shrimp dinner come to Bubbas! You will be very happy every time.
