The worst place ever. The quality is zero—completely nasty. All you can taste is oil; there’s no buffalo flavor at all, just overwhelming grease. The fries were terrible. They charged me $35 for 15 wings, and everything went straight into the trash. Disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. NEVER BACK AGAIN

Get home open up my fries and it’s supposed to be large. Also supposed to be cheese fries at that, and extra time when cooking. Looks like half are missing and a tiny bit of cheese. It looks like a regular size in a large box.

Once a week for 3 weeks I have ordered wings. Each time I cannot taste ENOUGH SEASONING to even decide if I truly like flavor or not. Quit being so CHEAP AND put some more on the wings. They are too dry and overcooked the last 2 times. I’m going to try one more time if not I’ll resort another wing stop location.

Good service, bad wings! Wings were dry (either overcooked or old) and under flavored. Same food quality issues on multiple visits. I’ve been trying to give this local establishment a chance. This location needs to follow Wingstop’s processes and standards. I have not experienced these problems at other locations.

Absolutely no customer service. Workers had people just standing in the lobby while they completed orders. I thought I would be in then out since I ordered and paid online. The food itself was not good either and my order was incorrect. I ordered Voodoo fries but got regular fries instead. I’ll stick with the Springfield location.

I ordered wings online for the superbowl and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 3 hours and they still were not ready. This is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate as it is clear this store was not prepared for an event like this. Do not order from this store for superbowl.

I went to this location when it first opened, placed my order, and sat down on the far end of the bench. I waited patiently for a while before asking about my order. The gentleman then says, “Oh, I thought you left!” Not sure where he thinks I would have gone since there’s no door or anything over there. My food had been sitting so long it was cold, but the gentleman was nice enough to replace my french fries. I went today, and had a mostly problem free experience–I checked my bag and found I got the wrong fries, but the lady working there realized the mistake right away and made it right. Then, I got home, opened my wings, and found that they had were weakly sauced. (Why?!) I’m not sure I’d recommend this place, but if you choose to visit, sit or stand where the staff can see you, and check your order carefully before you leave.

So we went inside to order and the worker was taking a call in as well as ours. We order 15 piece combo of lemon pepper all flats we payed 34.44 and leave and come back grab it head home. Get home and it’s Louisiana rub and not not lemon pepper. We didn’t go back or call due to we had plans made. So we ouldnt eat them due to being spicey. Very sad
