First time here. Your average Chinese takeout. I don’t know if I’ll crave it, but it wasn’t bad.

Probably the best Chinese place left in Cleveland,TN. Take out only. No dining in. Super nice people own this place and very consistent food taste and quality. Prices going up like everywhere else but still decent for the combo meals. I like everything that I have tried here.

I will have to admit this is the best deal in town for lunch!!! For only $4.49 plus tax you have the choice of Thirty-One lunch combinations and it’s only an additional $0.50 if you would like soup with it. Keep in mind a lot of the food is already pre-made as it is a buffet style dining and some of the items are made fresh to order for takeout orders. The customer service is a little Dry. The hostess Was a bit very friendly and never smiles but very efficient but for that price Who cares! If you have a large family Group to feed on a small budget then lunch at panda garden would be your best deal. Now let’s get to the food to starters I had the dumpling soup it was served at the right temperature and very flavorful a little the broth was a tad bit too salty for my taste but it was quite tasty. The action dumplings were delicious tender and delicate to the pallet. Four main course I had chicken lo mein with pork fried rice and he was quite lovely! Very delicious noodles with veggies and tender strips of marinated chicken! The fried rice was also done to perfection all in all one of the most tasty Chinese food in town A STEAL!!!

I love the food here I wish they would go back to a buffet but they are very delicious as a carry out restaurant they have a large selection to choose from and they have pictures of the items displayed on the wall clearly priced and you can also grab a menu to take home so you can call ahead and place your order for pickup the only issue that bothers me about them that I can think of right off hand is they do not give out free fortune cookies they charge you for them if you get any you have to order them every other Chinese restaurant I ever ate at gave free fortune cookies

I haven’t had great Chinese food in Cleveland in a VERY long time, until today. Glad I gave this place another chance. So much food for the price. Delicious.

Ordered a couple vegetable dishes and there weren’t hardly any vegetables it. Big Disappointment..the meat dishes were OK, but nothing worth going back for.

Says it’s a buffet online, has pictures of the buffet but when you drive out there it is to go orders only. Very misleading, don’t waste your time.

Honestly, if I could give this 0 stars then I would. Firstly, the restaurant is decorated in printed out pictures of food. Secondly, the woman at the counter kept yelling at her son to eat his fried rice, and then after tasting the fried rice it makes sense why he wouldn’t eat it. She refused to sub out my husband’s fried rice for noodles. And the food itself literally had no flavor. The chicken, we are sure wasn’t even chicken. The “fried rice” was yellow and looked like boxed Mexican rice but without any flavor. And the fried shrimp was so hard that it cut up the inside of our mouths. EVEN THE PACKETS OF SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE HAD NO FLAVOR. I’ve never had a Chinese restaurant forget the salt. Although, my husband found a hair in his cashew chicken, so that was a fun surprise. They definitely scored 0 on food and service.
