This place is fabulous! My wife and I had enchiladas and sopes, delicious. Great chips. Full bar, though we had Negro Modelo beer. Really nice owners and staff. We are spending the night in Salina on a trip and were so happy to get a real meal at Fresnillo instead of going to one of the dozens of chain restaurants nearby.

Pretty impressed, good food, fast service in a great small shop. The loaded quesadilla was awesome. Tres leches cake had a great light texture and taste. I’ll be back.

Stopped in here on a recommendation. Grabbed an order of Quesabirria tacos with corn tortillas (on the employee’s recommendation). Honestly, I’m very happy with the meal. Meat was cooked well, good amount of cheese, decent portion. The tortillas were lightly crisp with good texture. They were slightly bland, but a touch of salt really elevated them to fantastic levels. Docked a star for underseasoning, but with salt at the table, this could have been a conscious decision on their part to suit the taste of more people. So yeah, highly recommended. Just remember to pop them open when they are still hot and lightly salt them.

The food was AMAZING!!! The staff were so kind and took care of us very well!! I was just fine with spending my $50 for the amount of food that I got everything was seasoned to perfection. This was worth the 45 min drive. I will definitely be back

Ordered one beef fajita plate. They said 15 to 20 minutes for it to be ready, they hadn’t even started making it. Cost was $21 dollars and the beef was not tender at all. No chips and salsa. They hardly speak english. My advice, go somewhere else!

Overpriced!!! $40 for 2 people at a hole in the wall is ridiculous! $4.99 for each chorizo taco is outrageous! They were so spicy you couldn’t taste the onion or lime.

If you’re looking for true authentic Mexican flavors, this taqueria is a hidden gem! Great selection of tacos. The homemade Gorditas are a must try. The chilaquiles are absolutely amazing, a rich and flavorful salsa, and just the right amount of cheese and toppings. You can tell everything is made with care and love. The atmosphere feels welcoming and local, and the staff makes you feel right at home. Every bite takes me straight to Mexico—this place is the real deal. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates authentic food done right!
